Did a take out order. Showed up at the designated time and it was clear they weren't rushing on our order. After 10 more minutes asked on status and they said they were working on it. 5 or so people / families showed up after and ordered in line and got their food and left. Sitting here now 20 min after our pickup time and it's still not clear if they are making it. Might try the gold star next door.
Perhaps don't order online; first Jersey Mikes I've been too that ignores the online orders.

We’re have visited so many Jersey Mikes across the US & excited to grab an early dinner enroute home. The service & staff had attitude, untrained ( didn’t know how to make a sub Mikes way & clearly had a new young, know it all, loud Mgr who did her best to make the staff & customers uncomfortable! Decided to show everyone how to stock the chis rack, take pics & announce this is how it is supposed to be done. Then disapprove of staff in front of customers. Normally These stores have great enthusiasm & everything is humming along positive! This location needs some work!!

Jersey Mike's is now getting all of my business when it comes to Sub sandwiches. My favorite is their tuna. I know, call me crazy, but I think it's the healthiest choice for me, and I think it's delicious 😋

I had a mobile order set for pick up and I got there 5 min after pick up and still did not have my order ready, they didn’t realize it was printed out at the register , they go to make it and are literally taking their precious time cutting everything and just talking I literally walk out of there 30 minutes after pick up time and no I’m sorry or even some sense of urgency literally no care given Smh

Used to be great, but recently they keep putting Jalapeños on my veggie sandwich despite it never coming with them before and today because of that i even noted in the instructions to NOT put them on there, and they still did. Not sure what happened, I guess some new people think they come with the veggie and don’t read instructions on online orders.
