Staff came across as unhappy and unfriendly, which set the tone for the whole visit. Lunch itself was disappointing, and nothing about the experience made us feel welcome. Don’t need that. Don’t want that. Won’t be back.
The team was working hard and took extra steps to accommodate a gluten allergy. They were friendly despite being in the middle of a rush
Jersey Mike's is now getting all of my business when it comes to Sub sandwiches. My favorite is their tuna. I know, call me crazy, but I think it's the healthiest choice for me, and I think it's delicious 😋

What even is this? This was all the meat that was on a $10 sub. Are these companies for real? What a way to rob people. If you're going to bend me over--at least give me more meat.

I had a mobile order set for pick up and I got there 5 min after pick up and still did not have my order ready, they didn’t realize it was printed out at the register , they go to make it and are literally taking their precious time cutting everything and just talking
I literally walk out of there 30 minutes after pick up time and no I’m sorry or even some sense of urgency literally no care given

Used to be great, but recently they keep putting Jalapeños on my veggie sandwich despite it never coming with them before and today because of that i even noted in the instructions to NOT put them on there, and they still did. Not sure what happened, I guess some new people think they come with the veggie and don’t read instructions on online orders.

We stopped by Jersey Mike’s and were happy to see there was no line when we arrived. The dining area was completely full, so it seemed like we had just missed a busy rush.
When we got to the counter, the staff seemed noticeably tense with one another. The person making our gluten-free sandwiches seemed annoyed by the extra steps involved, which made the interaction feel uncomfortable. We also noticed a lady who walked in right after us—she stood at the counter for several minutes without being acknowledged. No one greeted her or let her know there might be a wait due to allergy accommodations. After a few minutes, she ended up walking out.
There was also a moment of tension between staff as one employee prioritized an online order over helping the waiting customer, which seemed to create more stress behind the counter.
Despite the awkward atmosphere, our sandwiches were great—Jersey Mike’s always delivers on quality food. Just hoping for a little more kindness and communication from the staff next time!

We ordered 9 subs, and after waiting in line for 30 minutes, we had 7 subs. We asked the guy making the subs where they were, and he said they were done. We told him they were not done, and he said they were going to be done in 5 minutes. 7 minutes later, we got them. No matter how busy a fast food restaurant is, it should not take 45 minutes from when you walk in to when you get your food.

This location is consistently bad. The sandwiches are never correct, even when it’s an online order. The service in the shop is lack luster and everyone acts like they hate their job. I am assuming it’s because of the area of Florence is in because the one in fort Mitchell is the complete opposite. I have never experienced a place where every time I order, something is wrong with it.

Ordered ahead a 13 and an 8. Got 2 turkey subs instead that were not made at all how we ordered. Tried calling the store and no answer. We live 20 minutes away and am just sitting down at 8pm from working all day to eat dinner. No way was I going to have either my husband or myself drive 40 more minutes to have the order remade after working 13 hours ourselves.

No management. I used the website to order and used the JM preferred delivery option.
The delivery driver decided to stop, I assume his house for 20 minutes.
When I called him he answered the phone with a hang-up, not speaking.
When I called JM, the employee obviously didn't care, even put me on hold without saying so. Told me to contact the delivery service for help.
I have spent at least $30+ over 4 times in the last couple of months for delivery from JM.
I will take my business to someone with better employees and management.

The Price does not match product. Quite alot for so little put on the bread. There is a joint just down the road called substation2. Make a note of it. And head there....Have a Great One..
