Ordered ahead a 13 and an 8. Got 2 turkey subs instead that were not made at all how we ordered. Tried calling the store and no answer. We live 20 minutes away and am just sitting down at 8pm from working all day to eat dinner. No way was I going to have either my husband or myself drive 40 more minutes to have the order remade after working 13 hours ourselves.

No management. I used the website to order and used the JM preferred delivery option. The delivery driver decided to stop, I assume his house for 20 minutes. When I called him he answered the phone with a hang-up, not speaking. When I called JM, the employee obviously didn't care, even put me on hold without saying so. Told me to contact the delivery service for help. I have spent at least $30+ over 4 times in the last couple of months for delivery from JM. I will take my business to someone with better employees and management.

The Price does not match product. Quite alot for so little put on the bread. There is a joint just down the road called substation2. Make a note of it. And head there....Have a Great One..

Heard about their new sandwich salad so I wanted to try em. Well to say I'm disappointed in the lack of salad this has. I could go to the grocery store and get better and that's sad to say. The salad I had yesterday was a salad for sure because I had leftovers to eat later which I did. Jersey mikes need to do better. My expectations were let down big time. Don't know if I'll ever go back after this. Half hour drive there and half an hour to get home disappointed with what I paid for.

Hopefully management reads these reviews because a lot of them state the same problems rude workers they prioritize the walk in customers and the orders that are placed online get pushed to the back. I placed my order online got there 15 minutes after placing it and had to wait 25 minutes for it to come out. In the mean time a lady walked in same time as me and had 4 sandwiches made and she was out the door in 5 minutes.

I will change my rating when I know the management started managing this place. Zero management, the employees were beyond overwhelmed and I never received my order, I waited 30 minutes past the order was due and would have had to wait even longer. Many before me left and they prepared these orders just to learn that the person left... I felt sorry, but had to leave, at least I told them to take my order out of the line, so they don't make it like the others before me...

I ordered a regular club sandwich and the older guy working there said i "looked like i could use a second", utterly disrespectful and ruined my day.
I just walked out of that store (Thursday, September 26 at 5:35 PM ) after asking the guy multiple times for what I wanted every time I ask, He gave me a snide remark! After four times of trying to talk to him, I said you don’t even care so just shut up and I turned around and walked away ……….. I know I should not have told him that, but was just tired of his snide remarks! And as I turn to walk out the door, he hollered across the restaurant. You have a good day.! Rude customer service. I had already stood there for approximately four minutes, waiting to order while he was in the back doing other things! And then he wouldn’t even listen to what I was asking for without his snide remarks…… don’t waste your time at this place. I sure won’t……

Waited 30 minutes for my food that I waited to order for around 15 minutes.Not to mention the clerks were absolutely impatient and prioritizing door dash orders. Never been to a jersey Mike's before that and probably won't again. Food was average.
