We stopped here this morning on our way through Florence based on Google reviews. The drink my wife got was decent, but the “service” we received was so, so bad.
We pulled up to the window and the woman slid the window half open and just stood there. She didn’t say a word—she had an AirPod in her ear, so we just waited(assuming she was using it for work). About 10 seconds later, she said “I’m ready whenever you are.” There was no “Hello! Good morning! What can I get for you?” It was a look that said “why are you here?” When she handed me the drink, she said NOTHING. Not a single word. To call this service would be a disservice to the word.
It was clearly an inconvenience that we were there and we will never be back. I certainly hope she wasn’t the owner. My advice to the owner: move on from this employee immediately.

Oh man they have the best dirty chai! And great service!
Yeah my latte tasted exactly like cheap coffee and my drink has tons of coffee grinds in the bottom. For a 7 dollar latte I am anything but pleased. We won’t be coming back. I have no idea how this place has the reviews that it does. I love leaving great reviews but this time I just couldn’t even consider it.
