The pizza was just coming out of the oven but they forgot the cheese bread. When I called in they asked me if I wanted the same thing I got last time. I said yes I want garlic butter with the cheese bread and 4 additional garlic butters. So they said they would cook it for me right away. Fifteen minutes later they still hadn’t cooked it. After asking about my cheese bread this man said he was just putting it in the oven. I said forget it give me my money back he said he couldn’t do that. So I waited the pizza wound up being cold and the cheese bread was doughy. Usually I never have an issue. I was not happy with this experience.

I have always loved Jets, but after purchasing this particular weekend, it feels as though they have undone something to their sauce which has left it flavorless. I am very sadly disappointed.

This is a carry out and probably a delivery as well. No tables. However, from the South we love real food with real taste. The price is reasonable for the quality of service and food they prepare. I chose a hand toss pie 3 topping. Evenly spread and the as always when it's real its stringy. Would I go there again? Yeah!!! It's 1 1/2 miles from the T/A so truckers if you can BT here you won't regret it. I will have to chock this place up for another spot on my stomping grounds. Great service, Great pizza Jet's Pizza.

Jets pizza is the best I'm my opinion. The crust is great and cooked just right and the ingredients are fresh. The cheese was wonderful and again cooked just right. Plenty of meat also. That's what I like.
Parking: Parking was fine. Wasn't too busy when I was there.

This is a very busy store so I am usually very patient! After what happened Friday night I don’t know if I will ever go back. Ordered the pizza 45 min before I even showed up to the store. I proceeded to wait another hour. In that time frame I witnessed them “loose” peoples order. One guy even waited for it to be remade and it was still wrong! That’s when things changed. A different guy came up(who worked there). He started arguing with the gentleman about the order. This worker was CLEARLY high on something as if he was on speed. He was very rude to the gentlemen and everyone after that. I eventually got my pizza that by the way, WAS IN THE WARMER THE WHOLE TIME(after I asked them to check it beforehand) after I complained about what was going on. Needless to say this store needs some new management.

Needs more space, very cramped inside, almost like walking down a hallway until close to the back of the store to the pickup counter but there's no windows, no airflow, it's always so hot in this place. But the staff is attentive, gives accurate wait times, always happy and ready to help, acknowledging and greeting me as soon as I walk through the door, if there's a wait time they let me know without making me ask and thanking me on my way out of the store. All this place needs is a bigger, not as boiling hot space and it would be by far my favorite pizza place.
