My first time through drive through. Very courteous and friendly man took my order and I got a side and a drink upgrade free because it was after 2:00!!! So awesome!!! Decided on a cookie also and the triple chocolate is delicious!! It was so unbelievably freaky fast too!!! I will return to this location on US Hwy 42 in Florence!!

The food was fast and correct. Clean store and bathrooms. The employees were efficient and kind. I did see the manager or boss just sitting around while they were super busy while everyone else was working hard. Even heard her say that people shouldn’t order delivery if they can’t tip, maybe instead of being upset at poor people wanting nice things, be mad at your bosses for not paying you a live-able wage. Be better.

I went into the store to order because I was somehow unable to successfully use Jimmy John's website online ordering system after trying for 20 minutes. The employees were very helpful and very (freaky) fast. The food was great, including their new (to me) side of garlic pasta salad. The layout of this particular store emphasizes food to go, with a busy drive-thru window. There is a small dining room but not much else in the way of ambience. My experience with this JJ was...
