Food was good but left 3 stars because twice I've left with an order and had zero sauces to go with any of the meal. Even I when asked for it. Shrimp without th cocktail sauce. Fish without the tarter or vinegar. Biscuits without honey and butter. Twice was good enough for me. Sorry.

I just came through the drive-through and tried to place the same order that I placed last week at the same exact time and was told by the gentleman that they do not do that and I would only be allowed to order that order through the app, but I had just ordered the same thing the week prior he decided to argue with me and pretty much say that I was lying And that they would never do that instead of asking the employee that rang up my order from the week before (which I was also missing two sides of food since they were also out of biscuits on this day) by not actually listening to the customer they decided to make the customer feel unwanted and unwelcome, and they truly have lost a customer for life because of that the service was terrible and I would not recommend to anyone. I will go to a different location if truly, that is the only option for a food service.

Made large order for work. Dropped off order day before with the manager that has been there for years. The employees were pleasant and helpful . They had the order ready when promised. Food was hot and tasty.

Absolutely exceptional service here. Food was hot and fresh. Some tables with crumbs but hey, it’s a fried chicken restaurant! Workers were wiping tables as they had a chance. Definitely recommend 👍

Had lunch by myself today. Table and chairs were sticky, drink station had a lot of spills not cleaned up, garbage can was overflowing to counter it was contained in, and there was a group in the front corner who appeared to be a bit unsavory and overstaying their meal time. The restroom was decent. The meal, 3 PC chicken dinner combo, was good until the last piece of chicken. Had an odd flavor and couldn't finish it. The place needs a good cleaning and management who cares. Probably will not return.
