We were first at counter took over 10 minutes I had to tell them I was calling the colonel and they waited on us out of pot pies (really] they need better management

The chicken was much smaller. It was burnt and dried out. The only thing good was the mashed potatoes and it was quick service. For 42 dollars I expect to get good chicken that's not burnt i got original recipe for a reason

Why would you put the menu online with prices and then not offer them? We paid 25% more for the same thing that was listed, once again by you on the website. If you are not going to honor those prices then don't post them with your establishment. AND OF COURSE THE ORDER WAS WRONG. Is it that hard to complete a food order? Please don't go there, run them out of business as the owner clearly doesn't care. The staff can just go back to smoking pot.

Ordered food online. Went to pick it up and they were out of items ordered and would only take our name and said we’d have to come back another day to get the food. They said no refunds. I called corporate on my own and they gave me the refund after about 30 minutes on the phone providing all my info and details about the order. Just ridiculous for a 21.00 order. They have gone done hill the past few years. Will not return.

I ordered the chicken nuggets and they looked grey and square, like they pulled them from the freezer. They allowed me to exchange them for strips not much better looking. Everything had way too much salt on them, i took what little coating there was off and dipped in sauce, ate about 4 soggy frys. It has been a while since I've eaten at a KFC but in used to like the food. I will try one again when I get back in cali

Ordered a famous bowl with corn and a side of mac and cheese and they put the mac and cheese inside of the famous bowl and ruined it.. also ordered another bowl that wasn’t even half full
