It took forever to take our order. We we the only customers in the restaurant. All the employees were too busy standing around on their phones. The lobby was nasty. Food all over the floor and tables.

Service was bad and I order 8 pieces of chicken mashed potatoes and 2 large Mac n cheese and got 8 bad pieces of chick a scoop of potatoes. They Forgot the Mac n cheeseand the biscuits were hard as a rock.

She wouldn’t give me her name so I took a picture she was very rude with me bc they were out of original and I asked for half original and half crispy. Never had a bad experience here until today

Terrible staff (if that was a manager, shame on you KFC) I was told to pull ahead they would bring out. Well after 17 min I went in they looked at me like they had no idea what I was talking about. They were using profanity and quit rude. I ended up getting a refund w some hassle. I will not return to the 18 Florence location. They need more professional staff at the least.

Discern Awareness

I arrived at the KFC drive-thru in Burlington, Kentucky, around 9:20 PM, and my experience was incredibly disappointing. I went specifically for their chicken classic sandwiches, but what I encountered was a shocking lack of professionalism and poor customer service.

As I approached the drive-thru window, I could overhear the employee taking my order conversing back and forth on their headset with the cook. It became clear that they had shut down the fryer for cleaning by 9:00 PM, despite their posted hours stating they are open until 10:00 PM. Hearing their entire conversation about how long it would take to turn the fryer back on and prepare my sandwiches was frustrating.

When I indicated that I was fine with waiting for the sandwiches, I also inquired about the cost of four drumsticks. To my surprise, the staff seemed to completely misunderstand me, thinking I was asking for the drumsticks for free while I waited. Instead of addressing my inquiry professionally, they treated it as if I was trying to get a freebie, which was not my intention at all.

This level of miscommunication and unprofessionalism is unacceptable. The employee's attitude made me feel unwelcome, and it really soured my entire experience. I left feeling disappointed not just in the service, but in the overall professionalism of this establishment.

I’m hesitant to comment on the food quality, as my experience with the service was so negative. If this is how they treat customers, I can only imagine the state of their food preparation.

In summary, my visit to this KFC location was a letdown. The lack of professionalism and poor customer service is alarming. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you value good service, and I certainly won’t be returning anytime soon.

So i guess when you guys get an order.You don't read everything on the screen.You guys forgot the honey packets.I ordered also didn't get any straws with my drink.And I asked for sweet tea and got raspberry sweet tea, which is not what I asked for maybe y'all should quit dicking around.And actually pay attention to the order.And get someone's order, correct.The first time, if you hate your job and don't want to do it correctly.You should probably find a new one

During my visit I encountered an extremely rude worker over an incomplete order. Her negative attitude came out of left field and was so unjustified. The service industry has really got to be more selective in their hiring if they wish to have repeat customers. KFC will no longer be a place I choose to spend my money.

Don't waste your time or money here! So slow and very rude, foul mouthed, evening employees. Understaffed; incomplete orders. What happened here? This KFC used to be good. Read user previous ratings and you will see there is a pattern of poor customer service. After recent visit. I will take my business elsewhere.

What a shame such an iconic brand has the worst employees, had the rudest girl working the counter on 10-16-25 at 5.30pm, absolute horrible attitude, manager was giving people wrong orders and he was quite bitchy himself, an very nice Asian family from New York was treated so badly I thought wow they must think Kentucky is such an unfriendly state, how does Chic-fila and Canes, and Mike's carwash have such amazing employees, and KFC Florence has what they have, so sad!
