Your location is in trouble when you have to cook chicken to order. Having a customer wait 10 minutes while you cook chicken wings no longer is convenient and qualifying as fast food. I get it's a means to control food waste. It's only a matter of time until what customers you still have no longer bother going to your restaurant if every time they do , they'll have to wait . My last two visits, you had no wings and then only one type of wing and 3 of the other. So, it's not just one occurrence. It's a pattern.

Horrible food I came right at noon to get a meal my chicken sandwich was hard as a rock and the bun even harder Tried to call I guess they keep the phone off the hook so they don’t receive calls I will be calling corporate to report this non sense

First time visiting Florence and was hungry coming from airport and found this very first KFC in the area so I decided to give it a try. Chicken was good and yummy, staffs are friendly and nice. Atmosphere was nice and lovely, Colonel Sanders pictures are in the wall inside the restaurant and also a mural at the parking lot. It was nice visit and I like the way they made it special respect for the founder of Kentucky Fried Chicken Mr Harland! Way to go KY 😇

Do not go here. Past three times I've been to this KFC they have got my order wrong. This time I waited 20 minutes 10 in the drive through and 10 in the lobby just to be handed the wrong food. My feet were sticking to the floor like the place hadn't been cleaned in a long time and the people who were handling the food had no gloves on. will no be back to this KFC.
