I ordered a 10 piece nugget for my grandma and a famous bowl for myself in the DT. They only gave us 5 actual nuggets the rest were literal crumbs with no meat inside, just the crispy bits. The person claiming to be Jean , was very rude and basically called me a lair and gave me what looked like scrapes. Then said "I replaced your order, didn't I?" I am only in town on the weekends, and every time I go there, they never fail to disappoint. I've been waiting for "Melissa" to call me all day.

I always have a great experience at this kfc the employees are friendly the restaurant is clean! The food is always great and tasty!
the food are disgusting, I dont hear any crips or see any when i asked for extra crispy. plus the chicken are not cooked all the way through, it was red in the center. they also messed up our orders, we only got half of the order we paid for. i would give zero star if I could. fighting demon in the bathroom as of rn from the food.

Ordered my food at the drive thru, only 3 cars in line and still had to pull into a parking spot and wait for them to bring it out. After getting home with my food it had the wrong side and no sauce at all.

Told my wife I wanted KFC tonight but she told me no way their chicken is always soggy at this location. I thought she was being dramatic so decided to proceed anyways and get chicken at 845 tonight. That was a BIG MISTAKE and unfortunately she was right! I had to put the chicken in the air fryer to at least make it edible… Like I am concerned for the safety of others which is why I am making this post… I used to work as a cook at KFC in high school and this would had never flied then. No I don’t want a coupon or anything because I won’t be back.I just want someone to answer for this soggy uncooked chicken that was served tonight. No, they don’t need fired or anything but they do need to be monitored or retrained. The only positive was that there wasn’t a line and I got my chicken right away. Unfortunately it was soggy and slimy and GROSS!!!

As a New York City resident, I was thrilled to experience the opportunity to indulge in Kentucky Fried Chicken IN Kentucky. Let me tell you, when I took a bite of those cold, hard, unseasoned, dry tenders, I held back a tear. The coleslaw and fries were okay. The peach Mountain Dew splashed on my hand and STAINED MY HAND YELLOW? I DONT WANT THAT IN MY BODY! The drive through is uncomfortably close to the eating area. I was holding back tears and an older gentleman pulls up in his car and holds eye contact with me, making the experience even more traumatic. I’ve had better KFC back home AND HOME IS NOT KENTUCKY!!! -10/10 experience I would NOT recommend. If anyone knows of any better KFCs in the area, lmk.

My husband was there tonight picking up some dinner. He ordered close to $30 worth of food, pays for it, is then instructed to pull forward and wait for the order. 4 other customers had received their orders before someone finally came out and asked which order my husband had, after informing the employee which order was his it turns out they gave our food to someone else! He had to go inside, give the order again because it had apparently been kicked from their system and wait for them to make it again. He was there for an hour due to this.
