I frequent this kfc on Wednesday for the country fried steak special. Angel who often helps me is very nice and knowledgeable regarding the menu. Angel is always pleasant and treats me like im the most important customer. Angel is a grt representative of the store.
I had my order taken by a very nice kid named alex even though it was coming to an end of her shift she was still in a great mood and helped me figure out what i wanted thank you so much the food was amazing and i will eat her again soon!!
Your location is in trouble when you have to cook chicken to order. Having a customer wait 10 minutes while you cook chicken wings no longer is convenient and qualifying as fast food. I get it's a means to control food waste.
It's only a matter of time until what customers you still have no longer bother going to your restaurant if every time they do , they'll have to wait .
