Food was hot and tasty. Service was ok, but server could have shown a little personality (maybe she was having a bad day)

As a Cincinnatian, LaRosa’s will always be a classic. While many visitors aren’t fans of the signature sweet sauce, I personally love it—it’s my favorite pizza in the city. On this visit, I ordered a traditional pepperoni and bacon pizza. The flavor was good, though it could have baked just a little longer. The restaurant itself was very clean, the staff was friendly and attentive, and our order was ready quickly. Overall, I’d rate this experience a solid 4/5.

Just about no sauce on both of our steak hoagie so we had to ask for an extra cup of sauce !! Fries were on special for $1.99 but were charged full price and then it was an EVENT to get it refunded. We decided on steak hoagie because previous pizzas had about zero sause !! We are done with this place

Quick service and nice employees. It's the better option for dine-in between the few Larosa's in the area.

Where's the flavor?

We ordered 2 small pizzas: one pepperoni and one 4 cheese & spinach pizza with butter garlic sauce. The pepperoni one was decent, I'd give it a 6.5/10. It was a little on the spicy side and because the meat was under the cheese it all kept sliding off. I know some people like it that way but it never made sense to me.

The 4 cheese & spinach pizza on the other hand was incredibly bland. Which is a real shame because it looked delicious and the crust is actually really nice and buttery. When the crust has more flavor than the rest of the pizza, something is wrong.

I'd be willing to give it another chance some day and ordering something else...but not for a while.

The LaRosa's on Fuller Street in Florence is absolutely awesome! They catered our dinner at Beaver Lick Baptist Church tonight, taking such wonderful care of our volunteers before Vacation Bible School began this evening. The spaghetti was wonderful, and the pizza was amazing, as it always is. Everything was hot, fresh, and delicious of course. We enjoy all the different LaRosa's in the area, but there's just something about the Florence location. The staff there are always so attentive and inviting, and everything just comes out perfect every time. Thank you Manager Tasha and your awesome crew, for taking such very good care of us (again)!!

Food was blah. Honest feedback is that the food tastes from frozen. Only the tossed Salad was the only thing freshly prepared. Everything else fettuccini, pizza, spaghetti and mozzarella sticks all taste like store bought.

Needed supper for our 4 year old grandson. Junior LOVES spaghetti and meatballs. We stopped in and ordered at the front counter, and we were back out in 8 minutes. Junior loved it!

We were seated right away. We then waited at least 20-25 minutes for someone to even ask if we wanted drinks. Ended up leaving and going elsewhere.
