Ordered spicy strips and received the blandest, most tasteless chicken I have ever had. The breading was so soft it fell off in clumps. The picture looks like it is crispy but it was more squishy. Ordered gizzards for my dog and I could still see white flour clumps in the breading. I took 1 bite of a strip and didn’t finish, also did not give my dog his gizzard treat because it didn’t look right. I took everything to the cashier and was told they were spicy. Unless white flour is a spice, these were not spicy. I can’t even see black pepper in the breading. They would not exchange for the correct item and they would not refund my $. Ended up throwing out the whole order. What’s waste of money. It must be this location because any other Lees I have been to has been very good.

So I never really eat at this type of restaurant because its more on the expensive side and because im not ever really in the mood for it, although that being said id choose this over kfc any day but i decided to walk in and order the food to go and it was an hour still before the inside closed but not the store itself and the girl who took my order was new but very polite but the woman that was helping or training her was very rude and seemed like she wanted me to leave and that she hated her job. I tried ordering some chicken but she mentioned they didn't have any bone in and it would be at least a half hour if i wanted that i normally wouldn't mind they didn't have any but just the way she was speaking to me and the new cashier girl was so disgusting and rude. So I'll say once more that it wasnt the new cashier girl at all she was exactly what you would expect but the trainer.

The drive thru is always long and the inside is always closed the chicken is dry most of the time I go. The only reason I had given 2 stars is because the employees are nice and are not rude like other places. I would give zero stars if I could all they do is try to find a way to charge you more. As they are charging to use your card on their already over priced food. If my wife didn't want it I would never step inside again. I make sure to tell my friends and family about this horrible thing you are pulling. I would stay away.

I always enjoy stopping by for some hot fresh chicken. Service was extremely quick and they were friendly. I wish some of the combo meals came with more than one side though as I can never really make up my mind on which one I want. Also a little disappointed that the price of the pot pie has gone up lately too.

The team here took great care of my team members at work and I. They were able to accommodate me changing a catering order I place 3 time in 24hrs. They also help verify the options I chose was the best and cheapest option.

Let’s not forget Lee’s is the best chicken in the country!
