Calling make a order when I show up to pickup they told me that is not order for me that the new system (call center) don’t put my order in 😡 first time I call the girl just cut the call second time they told me that I call to the store in front of them and the phone ring and now in front of me the senders the phone for orders how it that the call center not made my order that why places go out of business they are 🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡 except for the old men in the wheel chair he is the best

I ordered the pizza on November 30 at 4:06 PM, entered a specific pick up time of 5:15 PM. I received the confirmation email with pick up window from 5:15 to 5:20 PM. My son got there at 5:15 and was asking about the pizza, but he was told it’s not ready yet. The pizza was handed to him then at 5:39 PM. Absolutely unacceptable, additionally the deep dish pizza wasn’t cooked all the way through, the center seemed to be gooey and cold. The staff at the store did not even apologize or said or offered anything for the delay. My son is 17 year old and he didn’t want to complain, he is shy and didn’t want to get into an argument. I’m a very unhappy customer.!!

TERRIBLE experience!! Stopped by on the way home to grab a couple of ‘hot n ready’ pizzas of whatever they had available. It took over 45 minutes of waiting after being told it would be 7 minutes for them to make and cook the pizzas! We only ordered 2! They were slightly busy but DEFINITELY not busy enough for it to take almost an hour to get the pizzas! The bread sticks were drenched in garlic so much so none of us ate them. So much more to say but basically EXTREMELY disappointed in this place. We will not be coming back.
