I work in Florence and tend to get my food doordashed from here. I always pay for extra biscuits even tho my meal should come with one, and I don’t get the extras I paid for. I tried calling them with their number they have online and they unplug the phone when people try to call. This is a reoccurring issue

We went through and we bought three meals. Two of the meals are missing items. We had sides that required spoons and forks. We or given no utensils no butter no napkins. And when we were ordering they asked us do we want to pay extra for the coupon book for their philanthropy. We didn't even receive the coupon book. We didn't even receive straws with our order. And we had three beverages. The food was nice hot and fresh but we were missing part of it. And it was kind of hard to eat it the fact that we went to work to eat, and was unable to eat part of it. We had no utensils at all. So the food was great the service was below par

I feel bad for having to rate the food low but I got chicken from KFC and that's what Kentucky is known for and it was super dry and not fresh. But the LJ side was very gd.

This was some of the worst food I have had in a long time! I asked the cashier what was good and fresh, he said everything but the nuggets. My husband got fish and mashed potatoes, I got LJS chicken and mashed potatoes. The chicken was so greasy that it was wet and mushy on the bottom and hard and dry on the top. His fish was dry and looked gross. We thought we were safe with the potatoes, but was sorely mistaken. We left with a nasty film of grease coating the entire inside of our mouths?. Will not go back again

This is a decent little place for Long John Silvers if you're a fan. I've always been a fan of L.J.S., but ya can't get the super samplers and all that. This you just get the basic meals and a small sampler. It has always puzzled me that you don't get a drink that comes with the meals. For $12 a meal that should be given and should be changed, but I do love the dishes....this isn't an actual L.J.S restaurant it's in with a K.F.C. so you get what's on the basic menu
