I really wanted to like this place because it isn't a chain. The burger was thick, but wasn't nearly as big as the bun. The patty was dry, it must have been pre-cooked as I was there at opening and got served within a few minutes.

The food was good, but everything else about this place was horrid. Disgusting bathroom. Sticky floors. No A/C. Slow service. Broken ice machine. Poorly staffed. Two employees expected to run the drive thru, carry out orders, and people walking in the door ordering at the counter. Talk about a business barely holding on. And that drive thru has seen better days. What a disappointment. Won’t be back.

I went through the drive thru and ordered a bacon cheeseburger mayo tomato lettuce extra cheese. AND SPACIFICALLY TOLD THE GUY DONT FORGET MY BACON!!! Cause the last 2 times I've been there they forgot my bacon!! Get home and guess what??? No bacon!!!I. No big deal but when your paying $8.99 for a burger it needs to be RIGHT!! Now im angry!! I go back up just to get my money back and the guy makes the excuse that they busy and BLAH BLAH BLAH!!! THE PLACE WAS EMPTY!!! NOONE WAS THERE BUT ME!!! I will never go back and waste my money there anymore!! And your right it was also cold and the burger was small!!! $8.99 COME ON MAN!!!

Service was fine. The place looks like a dump. The menu is clipped up on a dry erase board. The food was pretty gross and honestly I’m expecting to get sick tonight. Mushrooms on my burger smelled old and I took one bit and removed all of them. They clearly just reheated food that had been sitting out awhile. Unfortunately seems like the new management isn’t helping this place out.
0/4 on correct orders when ordered online. Food is typically good but just incompetent when cooking/bagging orders…..not to mention the shake machine….

Generous sizes and the fries are pretty good but the burger was both gross and bland in spite of all the toppings and sauce. Ordered online and took a very long time to get my food. Someone else walked out from waiting too long. Just an unsettling and sad place.

I was in Earlanger Ky for a memorial. I was hungry, and I was craving a burger. Found this place, nothing to look at, but the burgers and service were phenomenal. I ordered my burger, and it twas just as I requested. Almost like off the grill at a family reunion. The price was right as well...highly recommend if you're in the area
