I ordered half a wrap and got a little tiny chunk of wadded up tortilla with nothing in it, and a wet slimy soggy pickle. I couldn’t even eat the food. Never coming back.

Definitely a good idea to get their rewards - $1 for a large ice tea! Food is served to your table , never takes too long and is always fresh and tasty.

I decided to try this restaurant based on the many good reviews, but unfortunately, my experience didn’t quite live up to the expectations. I ordered the “Choose Two” combo: the chicken tortilla soup and the southwestern salad.
The soup was disappointing — I could barely find any chicken or tortilla strips in it, which made it feel more like plain broth than a hearty soup. The southwestern salad also didn’t match what was shown in the menu photos. I was expecting grilled chicken strips as pictured, but instead received what looked and tasted like rotisserie chicken, which completely changed the flavor and texture of the dish.

But originally came into McAlister's for an interview. For the first time in an interview, I was honest with my personality. And the interviewer ate it up! He was so nice! I never caught his name unfortunately.
Anyways, I ended up getting hungry so I got the chicken avocado salad. Oh. My. God. It was so good. And it was huge too!
All of the employees are very nice to me. I enjoyed the atmosphere. I need to go back and take away three stars from every other restaurant I've been to because of how good this place was. Thank you.
