Definitely a good idea to get their rewards - $1 for a large ice tea! Food is served to your table , never takes too long and is always fresh and tasty.

I decided to try this restaurant based on the many good reviews, but unfortunately, my experience didn’t quite live up to the expectations. I ordered the “Choose Two” combo: the chicken tortilla soup and the southwestern salad.
The soup was disappointing — I could barely find any chicken or tortilla strips in it, which made it feel more like plain broth than a hearty soup. The southwestern salad also didn’t match what was shown in the menu photos. I was expecting grilled chicken strips as pictured, but instead received what looked and tasted like rotisserie chicken, which completely changed the flavor and texture of the dish.

But originally came into McAlister's for an interview. For the first time in an interview, I was honest with my personality. And the interviewer ate it up! He was so nice! I never caught his name unfortunately.
Anyways, I ended up getting hungry so I got the chicken avocado salad. Oh. My. God. It was so good. And it was huge too!
All of the employees are very nice to me. I enjoyed the atmosphere. I need to go back and take away three stars from every other restaurant I've been to because of how good this place was. Thank you.

I used to pick up lunch here regularly as it's close to my office. Their already ridiculous prices went up again. Meanwhile, the quality of my sandwiches and the courtesy of the staff has gone down.

Food was good. The general manager is extremely rude, has a horrible attitude and is extremely unprofessional. She kept saying that it wasn't her fault they got my order incorrect and being extremely rude about it. It's so sad they let someone unfit like her be a general manager...

The store is very clean, nice TVs, very pretty. But let’s hope they can keep that up it is a new location.
I say this because the staff has no knowledge of the menu, and seemed bothered to be there and help me as a customer.

Anyway, the Ruben was cold, missing sauerkraut, just a tiny amount of thousand island. The baked potato was tough to get through. The skin was hard as a rock, no seasoning on it. The toppings were the best part. Yall nailed that at least, (can’t really screw up cheese and sour cream)
In conclusion, for 30$ go to Izzy’s right down the road, they’ll treat you right and for a better price. Was very disappointed today, it’ll be a hard sell to bring me back. I hope others can learn from my mistake.

Walked in, and was greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. The manager on duty, Kyle, helped make the experience perfect. Offering up advice and an in depth knowledge of the menu. When the food came out, it was better than it was explained. Every bite was savory. I will be revisiting this establishment more often.
First time at this location. Everything was great. Will be back. Didn't know they had drive thru either. This will come in handy in the future.

Ordered from here on door dash the roast beef spud, vegetarian chili , mini corn dogs, and Mac n cheese. Shocked… it was absolutely disgusting. We threw most of it out. First time I have ever ordered from this chain and received an absolutely disgusting order. Disappointed for sure.

I recently ordered takeout and it was fantastic! The food arrived hot, fresh, and packed with flavor. The potato soup was a standout, and everything was well-packaged to preserve the quality. The staff was efficient and friendly, making the pickup smooth and quick. I’ll definitely be ordering from them again—highly recommend for takeout!
