If I could give it a zero star I would it's bad enough they don't open on time daily due to employee shortage but they also are not giving out game pieces to monopoly game it's Oct 23 and this game goes way into Nov. The large drinks don't have the game piece when asked why they tell you we didn't get any sent in I said u don't have your own game pieces that you advertise she said our corporate office told us to say that ... what !!! Are you serious this game has already been apart of a huge scam years ago and now I see why I'm sorry but some people only buy certain items like large drinks for the game piece there is no posting stating they are out of game pieces they Judy allow u to buy and hope your ok with what corpate told them to say... despicable business so if your looking for great service or game pieces pass this one up st this point pass them all up if that ones corporate told them to tell their costumers that then I would imagine the others local are under the same corporate. The response below from McDonald's is a joke their idea of looking into this further was emailing me a long descripted step by step on how to play the game ans use the app which I obviously already know how to play and us3 the app.. lol what a complete joke if I could post the email with this I would ..

This place is a nightmare. The only thing nice to say about it is that most of the people are pretty nice. Came in for TWO plain cheeseburgers and I’ve waited 25 minutes. I wish I was exaggerating. They told me it wasn’t up yet but I’m watching numerous people get orders who came in after me. Then they come out looking like this. If it was just once then fine. I get it mistakes happen but it is something with this place every time I come in

This McDonald's is probably the worst in the entire Northern KY area. The drive thru is the worst operated thing I've ever seen in my entire life. Managers wanna act like you are inconveniencing them by telling them they screwed up your order. The poor girl that was working the register and trying to keep her sanity with people getting pissed off and making pissy comments to her face about the god awful customer service.
