As a dasher this is the most horrible place to go they put it in the delivery box on their time not when we need to have it and when you ask about it they tell you itll be in the pick up area many times ive seen it ready and just sitting there untill they want to put it out a few miles down the road is another restraunt who is much busier but more considerate of peoples timee

Buckeye Backyard BBQ

It’s McDonald’s it is what it is. what separates a McDonald’s from another McDonald’s is the service. And even that depends on the shift and who is working where. But this place in the morning has a great drive through crew. They seem to be on the ball!!

Went through the drive-thru on the way to work order to McChicken no lettuce or Mayo because I can't eat that but Bone Thugs-N-Harmony that work there put a gallon of mayo on my damn sandwich I stated food allergies when I place my order but I guess people don't understand English when they're worried about their cell phone all day

Very slow location. Took over 10 minutes to get one hamburger happy meal and one 4 piece chicken nugget happy meal. No receipt from self serve kiosk. Out of mini McDonald's themed toy. No apology, no heads up. Only reason we stopped at McDonald's was for that special toy. Having to give away two old Sonic the Hedgehog toys. Order status board broken. Teenagers and manager talking loudly and playing instead of focusing on their super busy location. I will not stop by this location again next time I'm in Florence. Horrible first impression. Food was average. Fries not really salted and hamburger was barely assembled. Very disappointed.

We ordered a 6, piece nugget happy meal and when we got home we had a single hamburger in the chicken nugget container. Even thro the recepit says 6 piece nugget

This place runs on Barb. She is easily one of the most hardest and kindest worker I have ever encountered. She always makes the food right, its always fresh and our breakfast is always amazing when she works. I genuinely believe that when Barb is working nothing could go wrong. She makes this location worth the travel and visit every time.

Service is always slow aF food is generally normal to good but there's nothing fast about this place. I'm in the drive through right now been here 10 minutes and haven't even got to order and the line isn't moving. It doesn't take long to cook food at z McDonald's. I've worked at a few of them.

My order is consistently wrong. So much so, it’s become a running joke of roulette in our family of whose order is going to be the most incorrect.

They will stop serving breakfast the moment they can. I’ve had multiple orders put in well before 10:30, and am then refunded and told the food can’t be made, becuase the clock, ya know, kept counting time.

As a former employee, I know how much work it takes to make a customer happy. Not much. And they are simply unwilling to accommodate if it would mean the slightest amount of extra work for them.

Gosh forbid you need to go inside and get something corrected, or need to go inside period. You will be ignored, until you finally ask for someone’s attention, and then you’re treated like the scum of the earth for distracting them from their friends.

I’ve been able to look past it for a long time because, well, it’s McDonald’s. You’re not looking for perfection. But dude… have at least ONE redeeming quality.

Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The food quality was subpar, and some staff members were rude. To make matters worse, I was incorrectly charged for water, despite purchasing food – which should be complimentary. Hopefully, management will address these issues to improve customer satisfaction. They also forgot to give me a part of my order.

I go here several times each week for breakfast. They ALWAYS give me a Coke with pop all over the outside of the cup, which then gets all over me and the inside of my car. This morning, 3/10/25, I had a complicated order...one bacon, egg, and cheese McGriddle and a large Coke. What did I get? I got a nasty diet Coke and two hashbrowns. How do you mess up an order so easy? The line was also wrapped around the building. What a mess!!! ***Update: I returned on 3/11/25 for breakfast and once again I received a diet Coke instead of a regular coke, and a cold McGriddle! Can you McPull your head out of your McA$$es???
