Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The food quality was subpar, and some staff members were rude. To make matters worse, I was incorrectly charged for water, despite purchasing food – which should be complimentary. Hopefully, management will address these issues to improve customer satisfaction. They also forgot to give me a part of my order.

I go here several times each week for breakfast. They ALWAYS give me a Coke with pop all over the outside of the cup, which then gets all over me and the inside of my car. This morning, 3/10/25, I had a complicated order...one bacon, egg, and cheese McGriddle and a large Coke. What did I get? I got a nasty diet Coke and two hashbrowns. How do you mess up an order so easy? The line was also wrapped around the building. What a mess!!! ***Update: I returned on 3/11/25 for breakfast and once again I received a diet Coke instead of a regular coke, and a cold McGriddle! Can you McPull your head out of your McA$$es???

If I could give 0 star I would, because I was given the wrong meal. And then I tried to contact your store and the mail box is full? It DOESNT EVEN RING. I want a refund. A cheeseburger is what I was given. When I ordered and paid for a 10 piece nugget.

Ms. Tina store manager needs more customer service training. I have witnessed several times in the last few months her being extremely short with her staff, down right rude to non-english speaking customers, arguing with delivery service people when she could have been helping with a solution to the issues. I've never said anything because I've stayed in my own lane. However the last two times I have been in her issues involved me. The first time I came in the kiosks were not working correctly. So I went to the counter after waiting almost ten minutes she walked by talking to another employee laughing having a goodtime she said "We'll be right with you" after about another five mins of her still not helping and taking my order I left. Tonight I watched her being short with customers, myself and her staff. I hope this finds it's way to the proper admin. And to you Ms.Tina I hope you find a better way of communicating with customers, staff and people in general because currently you receive a grade of a F. Have a day you deserve! Thank you Long time customer....

McDonalds really doesn’t want you inside their stores. From putting the main entrance at the drive thru speaker, the minimal ordering counter to force to use their terrible kiosks. I don’t know how those rolled out and are considered a success. An elementary school STEM student could build a better interface. I could go on and on about the poor design that is so poor it must be intentional in hopes to get you to use their app and drive through. Could be why their sales continue to fall, along with Chilis just killing them with their 3 for me.

Ordered a pickup on the app and showed up 15 minutes later. Had to wait 10 minutes to get through the drive thru line and then STILL had to pull around and wait an extra 15 minutes to get my meal. In what world does it take 40 minutes to make a burger and fries?
