Picked up at drive through. Opened the bag when we got home and this is what we saw when we opened up one of our double cheeseburgers !! I don't eat McDonald's well i will their holiday pies but no meals! I will say their coffee hands down is the best for my taste so I'm at McDonald's daily for coffee and their coffee is affordable with the app I basically only pay 1.05 for a large Carmel iced coffee with the app and sometimes free when I use my points today my point code wasn't working in the drive thru I'm alittle strapped till pay day so wanted to use my points anyway it wasn't...

Worst food preparation in Florence Ky out of all the McDonald's restaurants in Florence. These people can't get the lettuce, meat or cheese on the sandwich, it looks like they have dropped it in the floor before they put it in the packaging. I have done surveys on the receipts and few times and nothing has changed so I'm figuring those surveys are a joke. The food is good but you have to remake every sandwich you buy.
