Not blaming the workers, blaming the owners and managers of this location. No one is trained and it’s chaos. Probably not enough trained staff to serve the customers waiting.
Ordered my food from the kiosk and took a number assigned it to the order. Ten minutes later still no food and a few minutes later my order is called from the counter. I suspected they weren’t bringing it out as several people were sitting waiting for their food too.
