My mobile order defaulted to this restaurant even after switching it on the app. I had to drive 15 minutes to get to this restaurant from home. I was upset by this and when I get here they didn't have my order ready. I asked for a refund, they said they can't. I expressed my displeasure with this incident. They finally found my order and made it. I got home and instead of chicken nuggets they filled the boxes with tarter sauce. We didn't eat anything else for fear of what they may have done to it. I will be contacting a lawyer.

There's always a long way you always have to pull forward. But the picture that i'm gonna share is where I draw the line its absurd you can't even put my burger together the right way. It seems intentional. You don't accidentally put a burger upside down.Those buns are clean.

You gotta beg at the window for a single sauce. They gonna ignore you the first 2 times you ask then grab you the wrong one when they finally decide to listen. Lazy workers w attitudes.

Seriously the worst McDonald's, I'm fairly certain they are encouraged to short you food, like maybe the manager gets bonuses for low food cost? It seems to be worse for door dash orders, but I've definitely gotten downsized drinks, and missing items in person as well. I would avoid delivery completely, and check your bag if you go in person. And know your drink sizes, they will often try to pass off the next size down.

The ladies working the drive-thru Wednesday morning are excellent. I've been all over the country and for this order I accidentally placed it for the front counter when I needed it for the drive-thru. They were very accommodating and patient with me. Both the lady taking the order and the lady handing the order.

It's too much to ask for you to check to make sure the orange juice is mixed right? It was like water and the guy who took my money had nothing to say, not even thanks pull ahead.
