Drove through the drive-thru ordered two fish sandwiches and french fries. The fish was so bad setting all day. The buns were hard as a brick and wrinkled up. This location after 5 pm is so bad. Need to close this store down. I will never go to this location anymore. People go to Herbon or Florence old turfway road. Note ice rea was like water Almost 20.00 Dollars for dog food.

Food is always dry/poor quality, don’t even try to order from DoorDash bc the quality is even worse & when you try to fix it they “can’t do anything about it”. Also dont order close to their closing time bc they DO NOT CARE and will give you bad quality food every single time.

Made up excuses about making certain items. Complained about the food and it came out worse the second time. Threw it in the trash and left. Took an L eating at this place. Never again.

Sat in the driveway through fur 10 minutes to get my son's happy meal with cold chicken nuggets. And his kids size fry has exactly five french fries in it. I wish I could take a picture of how desperate this is.

The service is terrible. They are constantly pulling cars over small delays in the line causing huge traffic jams in the lot. I have seen it to where all the spots are filled and they have people double parked around the building. When they are bringing your order as you are parking, it is highly questionable why they pulled you. They are also bad about selling items that they don't have and then trying to substitute without asking so you might get a cherry pie instead of apple. I started driving to the McDonald's 20 minutes away. Horrible!

We ordered through the app, sat through the line, then was asked to pull to spot 1, then we sat there 17 minutes before going in, and when we brought it to their attention, they barely spoke to us acting like they were so inconvenienced by us waiting 20 minutes in drive thru, we didn't even get an apology..we will never come back
Brought out M&M first, when I clearly ordered Oreo. Staff too lazy to mix the McFlurry. Oreos just sprinkled on top.

They gave me the wrong order through the drive through. Luckily I work 8 minutes away, however, the extra fuel cost to go back hurriedly before they closed (within 15 min) is a annoying. If I had gotten on the interstate , I would have just been out the $16+ the order cost me.
