Disappointed in service by the gentleman in the red shirt. He sounds like Tobi from the tv show "This is Us". Food was good however I wanted the 5.57 chicken and he automatically charged me the grilled chicken for 8.50. Honestly probably wouldnt come back just because of guy his attitude. Sounds like he has some issues and shoudnt be dealing with customers. Food was good, but service is a big part of my overal experience.

Noodles and Company is a nice change of pace. As a chain they try to stay true to their beliefs in Sustainability and real ingredients. The menu features foods from around the World but adjusted for the American palate. My favorite entree is the Japanese pan noodles which I like to eat with a pair of Chopsticks provided. They have several add-ons and a lot of substitution choices for each of their entrees. And their mac and cheese for both adults and children is served in several different varieties. The staff at this store seems to be attentive to your needs and willing to help with your choices and to make sure things come out as you would want them to be. However I have found that the tables generally are not kept clean enough because when the restaurant is busy the staff does not have time to clean them. I encourage you to try this laid-back restaurant and rate it yourselves.

Do not, I repeat, do not eat at this location. Had bugs in my food and managers on duty did not show much remorse. Will never eat here again, and I suggest you don't either.

Price is fair, portions generous, quality excellent. Decor is a bit trendy but the concept is really neat. Definitely a good choice if you like noodles.

First of all I want to say that the food is good. But the service from my last visit was rather disappointing. Most of the workers were standing around goofing off and eating pizza from an outside restaurant and when I ordered my food, one of the workers stood up and started making my food. I observed him and he didn't go wash his hands at all before handling my food, and I was rather disgusted. If you go there to eat make sure the people who are preparing your food have clean hands. But I can say that I will not be back.
