Stopped in and wanted to sit outside. The lady said they had no body to work outside. That's not the costumers problem. She seated me inside but I started thinking if their short on staff they probably aren't doing a good job of cleaning or preparing the food. The place also smelled like a sewer. I walked out never to return.

Left the food rating blank because we didnt even get to eat our meal before leaving.

Liitterally Watched our waitress change the trash right in front of us without washing her hands afterwards and she then handled a plate of food for a couple next to us and then she grabbed our plate of food from the cook who walked out of the kitchen and walked it to our table.

We immediately asked for the check paid and then left. Its not the cooks fault that the waitress has poor hygiene.

O' Charley's has been one of our favorites for decades. There is great food, and fair pricing.

First time eating at O’Charley’s. Decided to give it a try to save us time on making dinner and since we were passing by on our way home.
Ordered to-go a chicken tender salad for myself and a kids meal for my child.
Very disappointed in the food. I paid $15 for an entree salad. It was the size of a side salad. The lettuce was wilted and going brown, the tomatoes were mushy and the chicken was burnt. I ended up tossing it in the trash. The child’s meal looked decent but extremely salty. So much so that my child didn’t want to eat it. That also went into the trash. The best item we received with our meal were the rolls. The next time I want a salad I’ll either make it myself or go to chic-fil-a.
Biggest waist of money. Definitely will not be returning.

Got there 845pm. Ordered steak. Mac n cheese sweer potatos. The sides were very little amount. Not worth the money. Guess they ran out of food.

My sister and I had dinner here. The coleslaw was amazing!! Sister had 6oz sirloin. She gives it a 3. I had the honey chicken. It was delicious. The side of sweet potatos gets a 1. It tasted like canned sweet potatoes.
Overall, we did enjoy our dinner.
