Came to eat with my family they messed up my appetizer, then try to charge me extra for fixing it then got my food, and they had to take my state back to redo it, as well as my tenders had the wrong sauce on them and I asked for the correct sauces and they gave me the wrong sauce not for sure what happen with O’Charleys but it has gone downhill and Wayover priced for them to mess up food

Stopped here during a girls weekend and absolutely loved the food. Our waitress Carmen keep us laughing with her great personality and made sure the good food kept coming. Will definitely be back when I'm in the area again. ???

Hard to give them a two star, I gave them a two because our waitress was very nice, but my burger was not good I had a small fly or large nat or big flea in my sandwich couldn't tell as it was on the cheese then there was one flying around our table it was to the left when you come in 1st booth to the right, they did give me a military discount which was nice so I gave them a two rating which considering my food was generous and I tiped my waitress 20%
