I don’t know if just came in a bad day but the rice was extremely mushy, the chicken was flavorless, the noodles were so bland. I had to request my money back for my two meals. It was just not good and didn’t look sanitary.

service was fast- even though it was christmas and very busy. the guy cooking the meat (beard, tattoos) was very nice and funny. food was delicious and big portion! you get what you're paying for.

Jay Jay, you must work for the competition ! I've been a cook over 35 years. There's nothing unusual about the cleanliness that is a usual kitchen. They are not pretending to cook.. They're really making you something.. that makes a little bit of a mess. And a little wear & tear nothing unusual, jay jay, you lying. Food was good and the service was excellent. And they're especially generous, especially compared to the competition nearby.

It was very good, food was good. They were polite, they were generous. They were gracious, they gave me extra samples. Right nearby the competition insults you if you ask it second time for a sample.. yes.. just twice. they were very nice and the food was very, very good.

Place looks very dirty . Look at counter and walls and exhaust hood while standing there . They use cooking utensils from water buckets behind counter probably never changed the water . Someone gonna get sick or die one day eating here .

I don't know what happened. I've eaten here numerous times, but today I was very disappointed. The front counter help / cashier waited on me with a toothpick stuck between his teeth. The orange chicken was good, but the toothpick between the teeth at the counter made it an unpleasant experience.

I don't know why this place has bad reviews...the food is always really good. The teriyaki chicken and veggies are cooked fresh right in front of you, where else can you get that?One thing though, the portion size got smaller...and the price went up. I get that there's inflation we are dealing with but if you're going to raise the price, at least give the same amount of food as before.

No flavor. Do not order the veggie deli. It consists of cabbage and 2 pieces of broccoli. They do not have white sauce either. Very disappointing.
Took one bite and threw my food straight into the garbage. Shrimp tasted like dirt. Soda was ok.

This is a Japanese restaurant that they have in the food court at Florence Mall. They have a fairly small and basic menu of 8 different Asian dishes along with Wonton's as well as a kids meal which is just a smaller version of the adult meals (we had a young child with us during our visit). We shared an order of the wontons which is in the case a fried dumpling filled with cream cheese. Nice crisp coating and a good amount of cream cheese made this a good appetizer. For my main course I got the Spicy Chicken With Fried Rice Meal. The chicken had some pretty good pepper flavour and the fried rice was pretty decent. Also I must mention that my wife got the orange chicken that I stole a couple bites of and really liked that probably even more than my own meal if only by a bit. It's not like the most out of this world food you'll ever eat but for mall Asian food it's pretty darn good.

I have been here and always liked the food!! Today I was very disappointed they where rude and very disrespectful. I ordered extra meat and when they started to give me food it didn't have double meat and I told them I was suppose to have double then they said I didn't pay for double the cashier asked me 2 times if I wanted double meat and I told him yes. When I did get my food they slung it at me very very disappointed. I will not eat here again!!!!
