I visit the Florence, Ky location several times a month. The customer service is top notch. Even the manager on duty will come around asking how things are. It's def a very friendly atmosphere. The servers do a great job and even remember your name after a few visits. Highly recommend.

The service was a little slow, the server coming by to check on you anyway. But once you told her you needed something, she was very fast! The food also came pretty quickly, and the steaks were cooked perfectly! I was very pleased with the visit.

Hunter the bartender was awesome. The cheeseburger, salad and chimichurri and blue cheese salad dressing. I’m off the charts. Best outback in the area and in Ohio. Great job!!!
Easily the dirtiest restaurant I've ever been to. The floor was cover in food, the table behind me wasn't clean for nearly 30mins. The food took forever and it was soo overcooked and over salted you couldn't taste. Extremely overpriced for the quality and the workers didnt seem to know what they were doing.

I ordered two meals. One was a ribeye with a lobster tail and the other was filet mignon with a lobster tail. Everything was delicious when I brought it home we ate every bit of it. I was a little early, so I just went to the bar and got a beer and the bartender took great care of me and then brought my food out to my car so I didn’t have to carry it to my car. I always enjoy going there!
