First, you’ll encounter *Spacer Parking*, a concept designed by engineers who apparently hate drivers. These spaces are so tight you’d swear they were measured by someone whose ruler only goes up to “barely.” Parking isn’t just a challenge; it’s an Olympic sport. And the traffic? It’s a gladiator arena of angry SUVs and kamikaze cars—every lane is an audition for an action movie chase sequence.
If you conquer this treacherous asphalt arena , you’ll then face the staff who’ve mastered the ancient art of moving at the speed of a sleepy sloth. They greet your delivery order with all the enthusiasm of someone folding their laundry for the third time that day. Meanwhile, you’re standing there, clutching your phone like it’s a lifeline, praying this ordeal doesn’t become a Netflix true crime documentary: *“Delivery Driver Lost in the Parking Lot of Destitution & Despair.”*

Ordered online a head of time. When I showed up the food was not ready told. Had to wait 10 minutes to get food that should have already been available for pick up. Then once the food was done the cashier kept ringing out orders, instead of expediting the late online order. Panda really needs to check in on this place if I were a secret shopper I’d give this place an F for terrible service.

Long lines.Good portions but not much protein in the dishes compared to the vegetables. Expect to wait.
Online ordering is a big joke. Ordered online and it was to be ready at 6:10. Got there to pick it up and it was not ready....after waiting 50 minutes still no order!! No exceptable.

Went to Panda last Friday around 3 o'clock and they didn't have any food filled in the bowls for entrees, heaping piles of rice and noodles, but nothing to go with it. Tonight decided to order delivery since we had a gift card to use, when we got our food, my husband's plate (he ordered 2 entrees and 50/50 rice and noodles) he opened the box and there was rice and noodles but no Beijing beef or orange chicken. Not even any sauce remnets where it should be, just that, rice and noodles! We called them and they said they could refund if we came in w/in the next 30 days!! We thought they could just remake it and resend but they don't have that option!! Unfreaking believable! It's a crap shoot that they ever have fresh food in any of the pots no matter what time of day you go! Have walked out without ordering numerous times because the entrees were empty or dried out! I'll go back to get my refund but won't be back to order food!!!
I'm not a fan of crowds and they tend to have a big 1 every lunch no matter what day. Plan accordingly.

Panda Express consistently delivers good food with reliable quality, which is why I keep coming back. You know what to expect, and they rarely miss the mark in terms of flavor and consistency.
That said, this particular location could benefit from operational improvements. It’s clear that online orders are a significant part of their business (I’m sure the owner has the data to back this up). However, the current system creates noticeable bottlenecks. Dine-in and walk-in customers often end up waiting longer because staff are busy fulfilling online orders.
A separate kitchen or a dedicated system for online orders would go a long way in addressing this issue and improving the overall customer experience. I hope they consider this adjustment to better serve all their customers.
