Truly have to give this GM a major props. I’m not sure if her directors read these however the pastry’s I ordered were perfectly made. Coming from a Training GM I truly value managers who care about operational success. And have a true passion for what they do. Typical Panera but definitely has some issues. Came here twice and both times the person taking our order forgot what our drink orders were and we had to repeat them again at the end - kind of like they were on a script to ask about drinks at the end? Weird. Also some quality issues in the kitchen. One time I ordered a sandwich that seemed to have been prepared on the same surface as a cinnamon roll so there was cinnamon and sugar stuck to the bread of my BLT - made it taste very off. Another time my bagel was sliced poorly so one side was huge and the other was paper-thin.

We put in a to go order on the app. It was ready in about 8 minutes, we drove right up and it was ready to go for us. We had soup, salad, and sandwiches between us and everything tasted great.
