Panera Bread has lost it's way. Food was good, not delicious. Service was good, but not friendly. New menu isn't a big improvement???

First off I don't like being ignored when I'm waiting at the front to order. I also don't like feeling rushed while I'm in the dining room. I think it's very rude to start shutting curtains at all the customers tables while their enjoying the view. If you close at 8:00, then that's when you close don't start making people feel like their in you way at 7:24.

Ordered the steak and cheese sandwich wasn't enough steak for half the sandwich. The pickle onions were over powering. When the name was called out I wasn't able to understand her and when I asked her if she called (name) she rudely put the order slip in my face, I ask again and she huffed and said no I didn't call that name. Lastly, corporate should under if you have locations in the south, serve sweet tea...

For $12 you can get a dry chicken patty with 3 chips and enough sauce for a toddler. Spent almost $50 in food and should’ve stayed home.

Dietary restrictions: Ordered coffee to drink with food.Coffee was cold. Ask at counter and was told there's a micro wave over there heat it. We'll I ended up drinking cold coffee. Ask for Mgr. Told him what was said and he was just as helpfulHe would heat it for me. I told him coffee is expected to be hot. I walked out , poor service and no concerns from them.will nevere go there again.

Ordered via drive through. Young woman at the window handed off food without a word. Called her back to ask about baguettes and she said “we’re out of them.” No notice when ordering and included with order. Soup also did not have the roasted seeds which make it. Bummer.

Horrible service. It was obvious when I asked if they had decaf coffee behind the counter and she gave me attitude. She new immediately why I was asking and said she had to brew some more. I told her the coffee at the self - serve counter was cold but she already knew. Horrible manager. Most of the tables were not wiped down. Restaurant was about 25% filled with customers. No lines. Microwave was filthy. Very disappointed. Won't be back. She never smiled once at any of the customers while I was there waiting for my stuff. But laughed with her employee.
We have never been to this Panera location and found a clen table. This location never cleans thier tables.

Drive thru area at Houston rd area is full of garbage which isn't very appealing. The food and service was good. Will I go there again? Most likely just hope they clean up the mess outside.
