The papa johns on dixie ave in Florence ky. me and my roommate two large pizzas square cut an they didnt do a square cut they cut it in all different directions plus it gave us food poisoning twice, I use to be huge of the place not so much anymore. Yes, I know I can't blame a whole company for what the people who work at this location did, but something should be done about this.

I've been getting pizza from this Papa John's regularly for about a year now and off and on for several years and they're great. Good people.
In that time I've only had one issue (which is crazy), and they took care of it even though they technically didn't have to, they still did, and I really appreciate that.
I'm giving the atmosphere 5 stars purely because of my interactions with Thomas when I worked at UDF as I've never actually been to the store.

Took them over an hour to deliver the pizza, by the time they did they didn't even knock, they just left the pizza ON THE GROUND and I finally found it I don't know how long later. Just called the store to ask for a refund, she literally gave me an attitude because I didn't want to wait another 45 minutes for another cold pizza, basically just said "sorry hope it doesn't happen again next time." there won't be a next time, I'll happily drive to the next nearest papa johns to avoid your location. Not that any of you care clearly from the tone in tour voice when I call you about a mistake you know was on you, not on me.

My order was delivered by a doordash driver instead of a Papa John's delivery person. he didn't speak a lot of English and kept wanting me to press something on his phone. I tried to tell him that I didn't know what it was that he was wanting me to do and I wasn't comfortable with doing something that I didn't know what it was. Before he left, I seen him press whatever it was he wanted me to press himself. Please next time just send a Papa John's delivery person instead of Doordash.
I ordered the boneless wings and it just should say chicken nuggets, because that was about the size of it. And some of those chicken pieces were so small.I don't know how they even counted them as being a boneless wing but the other order of wings were big so it kinda evened out. Pizza is pretty good. 3 meets tastes great crust. Needs to be cooked just a little longer. Driver was very courteous and even brought plates & napkins. A fork would have been nice. + I would have taken a picture of the wings but only showing the box with the big Pieces would not have been right. I should have taken a picture of both boxes. Therefore I only took the pizza picture. Have a nice day.

I’m changing the rating here because Friday night my friend tried to get some pizza to eat and the guy working there wouldn’t make us a pizza he said we are closing and it was only 11:30pm and they don’t close until midnight he was just too lazy to cook and tonight we got pizza from him again and he gave us the wrong pizza and he wouldn’t fix us a new pizza they just us a half refund and had to take home the wrong order of the pizza he very much rude and gives us dirty looks and we didn’t do anything wrong to this guy we just came in to order something to eat he has a dark short beard and a little dark skin I’m going to report him to his boss in the morning when they open up letting his boss know that I don’t appreciate his worker being that rude to us and not taking are order Friday night at 11:30pm he wanted to close before midnight and it doesn’t take long to cook a pizza he just was so rude and he didn’t fix are pizza that we got tonight he didn’t feel like cooking a another pizza he just lazy wish I got the dude name but that’s ok I can remember faces very well I won’t come back here until this dude gets his attitude fixed or fired and after that then I come back I have always loved papa John’s pizza since I was a kid but what I don’t appreciate is your all rude cookers and workers they are very mean and rude to people that walk through their door to get pizza even over the phone as well get your all attitude checked and stop taking it out on your paying customers all because you had a bad day or had to work on your day off but doesn’t mean you’re got to be so hateful to everybody else oh and they over charge us for the wrong pizza they gave us too

Driver called me by the wrong name and forgot my drink. Why is it so difficult to get a food order correct in America? Prices go up but workers can't read and an issue occurs? I don't understand. Why did I tip 20%? For him to call me some fugly name and forget my drink?
