Often j have to wait 5-10 minutes for pickup (I am a door dasher) Crew is very professional but a lot of the time it seems their focus is all on the order and not on the customer. I appreciate being welcomed (by employees in any store or restaurant) with a positive upbeat attitude and a smiling face when I walk in. When staff focuses on the order alone and doesn't take the time to acknowledge me aside from taking my order down I feel unwelcome and it lowers tbe quality of the ahold experience.

I was in Pigeon forge, a few weeks ago. When I ordered this today, it sent the order to pigeon forge. They were so nice and did my order where I actually live, and did it as fast as they could. I have a child in a wheelchair, and need to get back as soon as possible.Wheelchair accessibility: No

Placed a phone order employee still after 5 tries couldn't get the order of 2 hoagies 1 pizza sauce hoagie & 1 mushroom sauce hoagie for pick up. Asked if they had a drive through Employee said they will deliver. Why deliver when order was going to picked up.....

The best pizza ever! The food is always hot. And they are always on time or early with there deliveries. And the employees and management are so friendly that you feel like your at home when you walk in. Awesome establishment hands down.
Shoutout to the night shift manager here. I believe his name was Matt. We’ve been getting absolute garbage from the Papa Johns on 42. So, I called ahead of time told him the issues & everything was perfect. Easily the best Papa Johns order we’ve had in a long time. Do not go to the location on 42, take the extra 5 minute drive and come here.

In my opinion this seems to be a good papa johns. They seem to get our order done correctly and in at a good speed. The food is good and the service has. Been good at pick up and even when we DoorDash it works. Great!

The employee that took my order was handling cash and change then started making my pizzas without washing his hands or putting on gloves. This establishment is highly unsanitary when it comes to food this is the first and last time I come to this area for pizza.

Papa John's Delivery is one of our go to take out. We know when we order it will taste great, arrive fast and the delivery person will be friendly. Today we ordered 3 large pizza for the boys pool party. I ordered on the app by using the special deals and the pizza was delivered in 30 mins. The driver was friendly and polite. The pizza was HOT and so good. Happy boys!

My husband was on a Papa John's kick for a little while. They have decent pizza, and the delivery time to our house was always quick and trackable with their Papa Track feature. He really enjoyed their new cool ranch Papadia.Over the years, their rewards program has changed. It used to be super easy to get a free pizza, and now you have to spend more to get $10 off. But I can see why they changed it for the sake of business. The delivery fees have also gone up, but costs are rising for everything. This location seems overall good for carryout and delivery.

I ordered the XL 16" 3 topping pizza (#0043), and all the ingredients were placed on the inner half of the pie. From the edge to about 3" all around there was nothing but bread, then about the next 3" inward, there were air bubbles with some sauce, so only about half of it had Ingredients on it. Basically I got a small pizza for the price of an XL. I had not been since before covid and will not go again.
