I ordered online it said my sandwich would be done at 12:05. I got there and my sandwich was done, but it just sat there and nobody was helping me. Finally, I asked is the sandwich for Steven ready and he said Yep we’re just waiting on fries. Meanwhile, there were fries over there. Probably three minutes later another person who didn’t hear him tell me that my sandwich was ready asked me if I had been helped. I said yeah I ordered for Steven and they told me I was waiting on fries and I guess the guy who had originally told me heard that He was like I literally just told that dude what was going on with this sandwich? But he said it in a mean way like I was an idiot for just asking again which I didn’t ask. She asked me what am I supposed to do? Ignore her. They don’t work together and they’re horrible at their job. The guy who catches the sandwich after it goes through. the oven thing is horrible at his job and he’s rude to customers. I will never come here again. I’ll go to the one in Burlington even though it’s further from my job.

The whole process from ordering to receiving our food was exceptional. The food was very hot and tasty! However, it was an extremely cold night and the restaurant was uncomfortably cold. Having some heat would have made this a 5 star review.

If it had an option to put neg-5 I would. I found hair in my food . They said they will replace it I refuse I told them they need hair nets.. the lady says not mandatory it's like the wild wild West with hair everywhere I will not go back I advise you to check your sandwiches.. if you look at the back of the workers shirts you will see hair all over their shirts. So yeah it gross me out a lot of customers is eating a hair. They said it will take 6 days before I get my money cuz I ordered online smh sad

Thomas was great! He was friendly and professional and got my order ready pretty quick considering all the other customers that were there during dinner rush. This is our favorite location because everyone is always so nice compared to some of the other locations ive been to. There was an issue with my order bc the system charged me for light cheese but Thomas had Megan fix it and refund me. We love the florence penn station!

I quit eating here because they always mess up my orders. Yesterday for the first time in ten years I gave them another chance and it was perfect. Today I went back. I ordered a cheese steak on whole wheat or grain, they gave me white, I asked for green peppers and banana peppers they didn't add the green peppers. They were not very busy at all. Simple mistake and the food I got was great but not what I ask for. So between yesterday and today for they are 50/50. I'll try again in a few years.

Says they close at 10pm. However, I stopped in at 9:15pm on a Thursday. Door open and they're cleaning everything. Said they were closed.
This location had a great atmosphere! It was clean and our order was made fresh! The steak was very flavorful and indeed good cuts of meat. Will visit again and continue to use the app!
