We had the Beef pho. I was hungry for pho since we hadn't had any since we lived in Washington State. Unfortunately it was pretty tasteless. I saw a review stating theirs was too strong and knew they probably hadn't had real pho before as the process of cooking pho takes hours and is medium in flavor at its strongest.
This pho was dismally weak. I believe they used hot water to heat it up which ruined any flavor it may have had.
The portions are small for typical pho dishes, but this one is in a mall food court, so I suppose that is to be expected. It did have fair portions of meat and noodles so that is a positive.
On the positive side, the spring roll was good. It may have been an off day and they usually do well here, but I won't ever know since we are tourists in the area.
I am a Pho officiando, so believe I know a good pho when I get one. I was generous and gave this 3 stars, although it should be a 1 or two star dish. The spring roll added stars.

I was ecstatic to see Vietnamese pho at a mall food court!
Noodles were overcooked and broth was a too condensed (needed to add a little extra water to even out the flavor). I guess you can’t expect too much coming out of a mall. Everything else was good. Beef was surprisingly tender . Glad they had all most the typical add ins; bean sprouts, lime, jalapeño, siracha, and hoisin sauce. Just missing the Thai basil!
Service was fine.
I wish it was served in a real bowl instead of a to go container. Price of $14 was a bit steep for the quality and portion (I got the large size). I would have been upset about it but I found a $5 bill crammed in the booth I sat at making it a little less painful.

If you’re on the hunt for authentic Vietnamese cuisine, this restaurant is a must-visit! Their menu features the original pho soup, rich in flavor, with options like beef, chicken, meatballs, tripe, or shrimp, all served with fresh sprouts and noodles. The banh mi sandwiches are equally delicious, offering slow-roasted grilled pork, perfectly shredded grilled chicken, and a Vietnamese ham and pate sandwich, along with an egg special sandwich. Each sandwich comes with a buttery and pate spread if you choose. And don’t forget their fun boba smoothies for a refreshing finish! My favorite is the Tropical Wonder, featuring flavors of pineapple, mango, coconut, and banana, but without the boba at the bottom of the cup. The staff is friendly and professional, creating a positive atmosphere filled with good energy. This spot has everything you need for a satisfying meal—perfect for anyone looking to indulge their hunger!
Got a #3 and a coffee, probably the best sandwich I’ve ever had. Pork was flavorful, a great piece of bread, and I don’t know what they do with the veggies but they were the best part. 10/10 fire meal. And the staff was extremely kind and very appreciative of my buisness. 1000% will be back.
I really love the staff here! They are always so nice and will sometimes ask if you want more broth when you need a lid if you can’t finish.
Excellent service.
Bánh mì sandwich was solid. I was skeptical with it being in a mall food court, but it was good and a good value for the cost.
Restaurantji Recommends
Soooo good every single time never misses
The food is excellent! The Bhan Mi sandwiches are my favorite and are the best in the area. Highly recommend!
My kids love this place as well.
This is one of our favorite restaurants in NKY, which is a bit strange to say about a restaurant in a mall food court, but it's true. The Pho is always excellent (my favorite is the sliced beef and my husband likes the chicken), and the same friendly guys are always working there. They also serve boba smoothies which I've never tried but they are always selling a ton of when we go, so they must be good. You can eat at the food court, or carry out is easy and there are even designated parking spots for food court carry out in the parking lot.
Damn bine going in and out of rhis place is fire every time i cum they treat me like familiy thanks guys for the grsat work and great food if yall have truble with in thing let me know
Literally trash, broth is so bland almost straight boiled water, the meat was very weird looking, barely any noodles (very odd they even put the noodles and meat in there as I like my beef RARE not over cooked) or toppings not even 1/4 of the ziplock bag had toppings,
, no basil or cilantro. I ate here in 2018 and it was great. This is so awful I spent 35$ on food that was not worth it. The young man taking the order was nice.
