Literally trash, broth is so bland almost straight boiled water, the meat was very weird looking, barely any noodles (very odd they even put the noodles and meat in there as I like my beef RARE not over cooked) or toppings not even 1/4 of the ziplock bag had toppings, , no basil or cilantro. I ate here in 2018 and it was great. This is so awful I spent 35$ on food that was not worth it. The young man taking the order was nice.

Be careful there. I am on a post-op liquid diet. It is my fist time eating there, after just tap my credit card to pay my chicken soup, started to making online transactions on my credit card. Total of 11 transactions thanks God my back declined 8 because suspicious transactions, just 4 are pending. My bank call me and let me know about these unusual transactions. They Immediately report the fraud and send me a new credit card with a new number plus report this restaurant to be sure they can't repeat rhis fraud with nobody. I work hard to bring everything to my family and no is easy situations like that, I hope my experience can help to everyone on the NKY

Paid $20 for a bowl of bee pho and a mango smoothie. I threw away $10-$12 worth and not because there was too much. I couldn't finish half of the smoothie it was so bad. Nice folks, not so nice pho.

Food spot in the food court, So the prices are reasonable, portions are good, and the staff are super sweet! We generally only go for the boba, my husband gets taro, and I get the red velvet. But I've seen people walk off with their pho, and it looks absolutely mouthwatering. But I have a shellfish allergy, so I am not confident in trying yet.

Always great service everytime I come for lunch. Always get the large beef pho with spring rolls. The beef broth is very delicious and nutritious. This is one of many varieties and I love it on top of the fresh ingredients. I was fooled at first about mall food but my love of pho forced me to try itNow I f'd around and found out. I frequent here at least twice a week. The gentleman that works there always provides great and fast service. Thank you.
Kid-friendliness: It's in a good court, I see kids playing around and being kids. They have a large kids area just feets away.
Best Pho I’ve ever had, personal favorite is the chicken. They also provide extras such as limes, onions, etc, in a bag so you can decide how much you want. They also give both chopsticks and cutlery, giving you as much freedom as you want with how you want to eat your food.
