I ordered a 2 liter and 3 sides with my pizza. They never came and I was charged for them. I called they told me to take the store credit or screw off. Wow.. They refused my refund request I will never go back. What do they care?I'm just one freaking person

I ordered from pizza hut many times. I did notice that door dash delivered my food. I see they still charge a delivery fee. That is a fee that makes my food cost more. Where does the delivery fee go? I read it goes to the store. Wow!

You would be WISE to steer clear of THIS FLORENCE (MALL RD) Location, like NEVER order HERE, BECAUSE of 2 separate interactions I've RECENTLY had with them.
•• Numero Uno: I saw ads for the NEW Tavern PIZZA and thought to myself, I SHOULD GIVE THAT A TRY, though I haven't visited PIZZA HUT in over a year. (There are WAY BETTER Places to eat, though every once in a while, I'll see something interesting they're offering and get a hankering.) I was RIGHT. Their Ultimate Tavern Pizza was delicious and delightful, although my wife and I did not feel the same way about the Grape Tomatoes on it.

*Service: LACKING
The service is ALL I care to LOWLIGHT in this post BECAUSE it's NOT worthy of a HIGHLIGHT. I walked in on a whim with a tongue begging for a taste of a Tavern 'Za and was greeted by a young INDIAN Woman. She asked my name, repeated what sounded like my name, and entered it into their system with the 1st Letter INcorrect. No biggie. I sit down to wait on my order and wait for the alotted time that the monitor above the counter indicates. I walked back up, WHEN it showed it was READY, and announce my name. As they look blankly at me and bewildered as they hunt for the pizza, I state the obvious, "The screen says it's READY." BUT ... they can't locate it. Okay, so I sit down and WAIT SOME MORE, as they try to figure this great mystery out. One INDIAN Woman asks another INDIAN Woman, who consults with an INDIAN Man, whom I can only assume is the cook, since I noticed him pacing about in front of the various food stations. One walks to the cabinet and doesn't see the order. Another repeats this process and confers with the other. Finally, the last one does the same thing. They all seem puzzled. I begin to believe it is the ONE Letter INcorrect in my name, BUT NOOOOO. I find out it is the WALK-IN Label that threw them. Okay ... are you new to the biz?! (That may be, yet beside the point.) I was MADE TO WAIT 10 MINUTES LONGER THAN NEEDED BECAUSE they were trying to solve "The Great Pizza Mystery". I mentioned they were ALL INDIAN folk BECAUSE I believed that may have been the reason for the mistaken Last Name and Letter. Accents and such, BUT it was WAY SIMPLER than that. They were NOT looking for a WALK-IN Order, though it CLEARLY indicated on the screen AND my MISspelled Last Name was ALSO on the box. Anyhow, we move on to A WEEK LATER -- TONIGHT.
•• Ex. #2: My wife & I decided we didn't really care for the Ultimate Tavern Pizza, ultimately, and decided to try again with their Pesto version. THIS TIME, I ordered online BECAUSE of all of the hubbub of last week's outing. I was in a bit of a hurry, since we were trying to get my wife to work on-time, AND this wasn't our only stop for food. I had dessert ordered elsewhere, at a FAR SUPERIOR Pizza Option -- LAROSA'S! I enter the MALL RD PIZZA HUT and am greeted by one of the women from the previous week. I state my name and that my order is READY, as indicated on their monitor AGAIN. "Name?" she says. I AGAIN state my name and point to the monitor. "Top of the list," I say, mildly annoyed BECAUSE she's looking at me quizzically. "Have you paid for it already?" she continues. "Yes, I ordered it online," I respond. She holds her index finger up to sign that I should wait and then points said finger at the other woman on the phone. I turn around toward the window and pace a little, since I'm in a mild hurry. I see Cook Man coming toward the counter, approach him, and say, "My name is DAMON. I placed an online order. The screen says it's READY. May I have my pizza, pls?" His reply: "Umm ..." and also motions to the woman on the phone. CLEARLY, she is The Queen. She puts the customer on the phone line on hold and begins talking with the other woman. 8/28 approx 8pm ordered the New Yorker with mushrooms . Received the order and while attempting to share with my consorkers at hospital, they were all spitting it out. Curious I grabbed a slice and. Priced it was completely raw.
I called the store and tand was told I would get a call back. Waited 45 min and called them back just before the store closed at 9:59 pm. I was told their was. I manager on duty to call back the next day.

So, 8/29 4:15 pm spoke with a manager Gina, and was only offered a store credit . I explained why would I want to order another pizza if this is is my 3rd issue with pizza but- I will never order from them again? She stated that’s the best she can do.

I filed a complaint with corporate, let’s see if they get back to me

I ordered a pizza via your app and my card was charged. I have the notification on my phone to prove it. I get to the store and they tell me that I have to pay again. They want me to pay twice for one pizza. They told me we would have to wait for a few days to see how the banks figure things out...

The app took my money then errored. So I stead of paying again I submitted it as cash because I already paid. Now they are telling me to leave having paid for one pizza or pay for it twice. Either option is unacceptable.

I tried to call corporate and they just sent me to the store of their webpage to fill out a form...

Ordered two large pizza's not even baked right, cheese wasn't melted pepperoni not cooked! Called to tell them she told us we should have order it Well done!!!! Who orders a pizza well done???? Will never order from here again! And you don't get your money credited back they give you their store credit ?

The people who work here are not right in the head. They literally argue with you when you ask to have your food boxed separately. Pizza separate from the wings. I need Pizza Hut to reach out to me because this is the 3rd time I couldn’t put the order in without hanging up and giving my business somewhere else.
