Normally go there to eat, this time the bread had mold on it….couldn’t contact the store to let them know maybe not the only bread with mold. It was an order for take out and ate within 30 mins after getting to my destination.

Food is great. Staff looks like they HATE their job. Last 2 times my family came in the employees seemed to be in a bad mood. The first time a lady who i asume was the manager was very mean to a new employee, she yelled at her for not asking questions. The girl appeared to be embarrassed and upset. We went again today 12-29 and the new person was not there, I asume they quit. Everyone there seems sad and like they didnt feel like making our food. The manager was there with a very snarky tone. I don't think we will be going back. Its a shame because the food is good, but i like to go places i feel welcomed.

Had never been here. No one greeted us. No one smiled. Associates touching everything while cleaning with the same gloves used for making the sandwiches. Miserable faces. Questions seemed unwelcome. are plenty of places to eat in Florence so for $30 for two sandwiches, this experience was awful. Will not return. Feeling unwell afterward.

Her for giving excellent customer service, and Terrence for recommending the additional custom toppings on my steakhouse beef sandwich; that sandwich was a game changer. Thank you two for going above and beyond to make my dining experience here amazing. I'll definitely be back again 💯

Quick service, good sandwiches! Wish there was a bit more cheese added, but I guess that's a personal preference.
Had a chicken ranch something or another the other week that was excellent. Had the meatball today and it was HORRIBLE. Dry as a bone with no sauce on it. The meatballs were tasteless, dry and had multiple little bones! Subways meatball sandwich is better, it's bigger, saucier, better bread choices, more topping options and it's cheaper. Thats pretty sad considering this sandwich here cost over $10.

I came in on a Sunday around 8:30 pm ( they Close at 9 )the restaurant was completely empty . I wasn’t greeted at all . the manager was on the phone and the girl working at the counter was nice ??♀️ I asked for Oreo milkshake and what I got was tasted like milk with crushed Oreos in it super watery , bitter and gross. For almost 4 dollars I guess I was expecting more but any who maybe your milkshake will be better .

Friends and I Went in to my fav sandwich place today for the bogo deal, upon picking up my order I checked my things and noticed my brownie was missing so I went back inside to fix that, at this point I hadn’t thought to open up and check the sandwiches until I’d gotten home, after I opened my sandwich I realized they have given me a smaller size sandwich than what I have paid for and put it inside of a big bag. Luckily my friend was with me to show me comparison of a big size sandwich and what it should look like. I do not have a lot of money right now nor do I have a car to drive back into the restaurant to get this resolved today. There’s no customer service on the website so I have no idea how to go about this situation. Definitely really disappointed.
