Unfortunately, the Quaker Steak & Lube in my hometown closed. So when my husband and I travel, we frequent this location, and we are always delighted with the service and the quality of the food. Highly recommend!

We went with our family tonight after a movie. We've been here several times before with no issues but tonight was AWFUL. They weren't even busy. We were there for about 20 or so minutes before anyone got our drink order. We ordered potato wedges that came out burnt, yet cold. We were there for almost 45 minutes before we were able to put in our actual order (considered leaving since at this point our wedges hadnt come out yet either.) When we finally did get to order, the server (Michelle T.) was having a terrible time comprehending what I was saying...not sure if she was having a bad night, is hard of hearing or what but I had to repeat "garlic parmesean" for our wings several times and she still kept saying "golden garlic." Not sure where she kept disappearing to but we didn't see her for long periods of time. When we finally got our wings, with one of our flavors, several of the wings were very cold. We were too perturbed at this time to say much as we were hungry and irritable. We ate our wings in mostly silence so we could get out of there. I rarely write bad reviews but this really left a bad taste in my mouth for quaker steak. We are bike riders so like to go here when the weather is nicer but this really is making me reconsider. Maybe Wednesdays just aren't the night to go there.

Pretty terrible. No beer on tap. NO beer on tap. Very few old stale beers in bottles. The food was so-so. If they had it. Had a soggy burger. Portions of the other food were small. This was a Friday evening. No beer, bad food. The atmosphere was rather dismal. Service for not being busy was pretty slow. Definitely not worth the time or money spent. Place seemed like it was going out of business or should be.

This is a really Kool place I had the fish sandwich it was great. Service was fantastic. Drove almost 2 hrs to get there but it was a nice road trip.

Well I love the place the service was great but I ordered a 8 oz steak rear and got what looks like a 6oz amd it's damn near med well , not happy about that .

We went in at 1030p. Sat down. And waited for 20 mins. No one ever greeted us, talked to us, etc. There were 4 workers who 100% did see us come I. And sit down. There was only 2 other sets of customers in the place so they weren’t busy. A customer at the bar told the bar tender we were there, and the bar tender could care less and started mumbling that he didn’t see us and we never said anything to him. We got up and left.

Nice place. You can eat outside and bring your dog, if you’d like. Our waitress was very efficient and friendly. Pricing is moderate. I visited on Thursday night, bike night. There was a band outside and the weather was great. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.Vegetarian options: This is not a place for vegetarians. But, the Bourbon Beans did not have bacon in it and it was very good.Parking: Huge parking lot. Not a problem.Kid-friendliness: During the day, I would say yes. After dinner, depends.Wheelchair accessibility: Not a problem

Not going back after this horrible experience! The bar tender was nowhere to be found for 20 minutes, then decided to serve everyone besides us. Our waitress couldn't even locate her for a good 15 minutes. We were too irritated to stay, so we got our food to go. Will not be returning! This place is a complete joke!

Its been maybe a year since I visited this location, and the service has gone down hill, at least on the Sunday night I visited. I hope it was just an off night for them, but it was not good. Staff was most interested in looking at thier phones, service and food delivery slow, and order came out only 75% correct.
