Why is the chicken so dry here and not 15 minutes down the road at Alexandria? When first opened amazing. Now terrible. Chicken is so chewy it’s gross. Please someone do a well check. I think they are frying it too long or keeping it under the lamp too long. Take a page to them at NKU. You’re doing something wrong.

Went through the drive thru for a late night snack. Very glad they are open late. Chicken strips were good. Blaring music was annoying. I had been listening to a book in my car and could not hear it. Neither could I hear the worker when I picked up my food.

I really like Raising Cane's Chicken tenders, crinkle cut fries, Texas Toast and sauce. The food is always hot and fresh. The chicken had golden crispy breading with a good mouth feel and flavor. The fries are seasoned just right and don't have too little or too much salt. I can tell that they maintain the oil in the fryers.

The service is okay but they always seem understaffed. The employees look overworked and stressed. The bathroom is completely...
