1st time going after a loooooong break. They're under new manage and I have to say the food didn't disappoint. The seating area needed some tlc, but my kiddos n I will be back. Thank goodness, we missed Rally's.

I have no idea why Google is asking me for a review. I asked for instructions, but never went because it was 30 miles away and not worth the time and gas $. I will give this review based on my experiences decades ago though. (I just recently moved back east and saw the fries in the grocery store). In the late 90s and early 2000s, the Rally's and Checkers I went to had the crispiest perfectly flavored fries and the crispiest veggies on a warm bun with a good size burger. I think it was called the "Big Buford". Anyhow, it's been my pleasure to review my previous experiences and maybe one day I will make it to your location. (You can bribe me) And I'll update my review accordingly 😂 I'm attaching a screenshot of a NBA Parlay I have cooking tonight. If I win the full 20 legs, I'll head over.

The order was abit mixed up but considering there was 2 people & one was being trained, I was understanding & didn't complain. I use to work in several restaurants when I was younger & been in the same situations so I couldn't be mad about. It was very understandable. 👍

Went through drive through. Ordered a #1 double. Paid $11 something. Told to pull around to other side? I pulled around and park, don't know if she wanted me to pull through the other drive through backward? Waited 20 min, finally walked up to a walk up window. Some customer is rifling through my order, and gives it back to the lady. She sets it aside and asks me what I want. I told her I was waiting on my food, and I didn't want the one some guy rifled through. The cook looks absolutely pissed, so I just Said nevermind give me my money back. She balked, so I just left. Going to smash this place on tictok. What is wrong with people. Gdit.

The cleanliness of this restaurant is gross where the food is prepared ceiling was filthy with yuck and cob webs around the camera's. But the worst was food being thawed in a sink with water running breading ground for bacteria. But the worker was great.

The food was awesome! Everything was nice and hot, but after being pulled forward to wait on the food, they shorted us a deep sea double and a mushroom Swiss burger..
Not sure why I'm able to place a door dash order at 1:30 a.m. if it immediately gets canceled. Just close this location already 🙄

I think I've had ONE good experience here in the last 5 years, prices are higher than any other Rallys and quality is lower. They almost never get my order right, the chicken and fries are always cold and stale, burgers always have the wrong ingredients... Half the time the cashier has no idea how to put orders in correctly.

Gave this location another chance and actually was helped by Tanya and Lupe. This was a much better experience. I got exactly what I wanted. Great job, ladies. I hope the evening shift can deliver the same experience
