Food was good. Staff was friendly. However the place was a mess. I was not happy how dirty things looked. We got there about 8 pm. The sauce bottles looked so gross I wouldn't touch them. The tables were dirty. The walls were dirty. The glass sneeze guard need a good cleaning as well. The pizza was good though. They need a staff member just to clean.

The first time I went I had lunch around 1pm the place was clean and welcoming, then after I went for dinner it was very messy. There was sauce everywhere on the counter no straws or lids in the right place. Food and old napkins or utensils in the floor and tables. The evening shift just needs to keep up with the guests I guess.

They gave us a side salad that was so gross that it literally looked like it had been frozen and defrosted. It's slimy. And it's the wrong size because it's supposed to be a family size salad.
This has been the second time I’ve ever came to this wonderful establishment. The first being with friends to help guide and coach me. Jacks was the biggest help ever. Very kind, patient, and polite. He was able to help with great recommendations and made the overall experience much better.Thank you rapid fire for the amazing experience and the delicious pizza!!!!!?

Never eaten there but have recently learned they treat their teenage employees terribly and for most of the evenings 16/17 year old freshly new employees are left without any adult/management for hours at a time for safety and guidance. They are just monitored by cameras from the comfort of their homes and if they don’t like what they see are texted about it during school hours the next day about how “unprofessional” they were.

The best thing about this place has got to be the crust! It's like the Subway of pizza places. They don't have a ton of options as far as the menu goes but you can also build your own with the toppings and sauces that you want. Great place if you are picky about your pizza. Just make sure you don't have a new person making yours... my Hawaiian pizza ended up with red peppers instead of onion. Yucky
