If I could give more than five stars for service, I would. Our waitress was phenomenal! My husband is diabetic and drinks a LOT of unsweetened tea. She brought 2 glasses and every time he finished one, she immediately replaced it. The food was good, but the lobster was a little tough. The crab was perfect, and the hus puppies were the best I've had.

Food was very good per usual. But something that stood out was the service we had. If you ever decide to come to red lobster in Florence, you need to request for Paul. I came here to celebrate my birthday and he made it one to remember. His sense of humor is so infectious. He is superb at his job. He was able to serve you exceptionally well and give you a good laugh. Whatever this man is paid, he needs to be paid double that. Paul is the type of person who makes you want to come back again and again. He made this night one of the best I’ve had. Endless laughter, good service. Nothing can beat it! Again come eat at red lobster and request for Paul! You won’t be disappointed at all !!!

Salmon new orleans generous portion but shoukd have removedthe skin before serving, Chesapeake fries were generic , broccoli was cooked perfectly, cheddar bay biscuits good; our server, Angel, was the best!

everything was good especially the seafood boil and stuffed seafood mushrooms. My son enjoyed his vacon macaroni also. The service was great. I only rated it a 4 star because the steak was a little overcooked and dry. But it was not terrible. We all still enjoyed every bite. It was my daughters birthday, and they gave her chocolate ice cream and sang, happy birthday.

I normally never do a bad review. Especially at Red Lobster. Always has been my most favorite place to eat, especially the one in Florence, ky. This was an awful experience, The biscuits tasted like flour with no seasoning on them. My meal was so bad that only ate a few bites and had a whole plate full of food left because of how it taste. I was so disappointed but went ahead and paid in full for my meal. Just wanted to be done with the whole experience. I will say our waitress was amazing.
Got one of the boils and it looked nothing like the picture. The corn was cold on the inside and all the seafood was small. For the money it’s horrible. Still has a mildew smell when you walk in. This sad because they use to be really good.

Started our meal with the crispy dragon shrimp, very good. The wife and I both had the surf and turf. Steaks were both really good, the lobster tails were both really good. Our waiter, Paul, was awesome. Very attentive, checked on us several times making sure everything was just right, and seeing if we needed anything. Overall very pleased.
