Placed our order, ask for 2 waters. Gave us small cups and had to get water out of container that was warm water. Ask for ice, didn't get it . The lady, assuming the owner, came storming into restaurant, went behind counter, very loud, sounded angry, made us feel very uncomfortable. Spent 30 dollars. Very disappointed in food and atmosphere.

Food was good but horrible customer service..I placed a order for delivery and when the food arrived the man just said here and sign this..I have him a darn good tip..No thank you was said..NOTHING!! It's a shame you were a jerk because the food was good and the poor service I received I will never give you all another dime of my money..Shame on you rude people..If you dislike your job that much do us all a favor and leave and bring nicer people in

I experienced the worst customer service in my 32 years of living at this establishment. Not only is a chicken and rice plate almost $22 but they do not cook their crab rangoons on a daily basis and the entree does not include a drink.. I picked up my food and it was almost like I had a twice baked piece of garbage in my mouth. Not only that, but the food runner was so disrespectful when i came to pick up my food i wish i would have just left it. it was a foreshadowing for how terrible it would be when it entered my mouth. It tasted to me like it had been sitting there for 8+ hours and they decided to reheat it up in the microwave for my order. For $22 on a single meal and side with no drink option, i figure my food would at least be fresh and cooked to enjoy. Unfortunately I will never return to this restaurant and I recommend that everyone searching for a similar cuisine do the same. You can get an appetizing meal quite literally anywhere else, and for an affordable price. Red pepper, please do better.
We ordered online and did a store pick-up. We have ordered here multiple times before. The quality of food has diminished greatly along with any consistency they used to have. We had 3 different platters in our order, one was Kung pow chicken that was beyond dried out, another was chicken lo mein that tasted entirely of just the cooking oil and the other was orange chicken that seemed more like breaded jerky. The order was however made, and ready to go very quickly. If you don't care about the quality or taste of your food, order here.

Red Pepper is our favorite Chinese spot in Florence. My family eats there for dinner every Wednesday! The food is great and the servers are very helpful. We've had the odd issue every now and then of getting the wrong food, but the staff is always good about it.
