Great food, I love this place! The people are nice and very kind too! It's a small restaurant but it's perfect in my opinion. I usually get my food to go, but when I do eat in, it's always very clean and smells great!

We ordered online and did a store pick-up. We have ordered here multiple times before. The quality of food has diminished greatly along with any consistency they used to have. We had 3 different platters in our order, one was Kung pow chicken that was beyond dried out, another was chicken lo mein that tasted entirely of just the cooking oil and the other was orange chicken that seemed more like breaded jerky. The order was however made, and ready to go very quickly. If you don't care about the quality or taste of your food, order here.

Red Pepper is our favorite Chinese spot in Florence. My family eats there for dinner every Wednesday! The food is great and the servers are very helpful. We've had the odd issue every now and then of getting the wrong food, but the staff is always good about it.

It’s been over three years ago that I last ate there. I use to order take out two to three times a month. I retired and live 20 miles away. I been to Chinese take out but it was not the same. Red Pepper is hands down the best. I had the sweet and sour chicken, egg rolls and the best crab Rangoons. Can’t wait return again.

Placed an order for a couple of guests. First-time visitors to this location and we utilized the delivery service. The service was quick, fast, and most importantly our order was correct. The portion sizes were fair for the price. In addition, the food was still warm upon delivery. All of the orders were made as requested. No complaints and everyone was fine with the service.
Your average Chinese restaurant with the usual menu items. Nothing spectacular but consistent and simple. Reasonable prices and friendly staff. No fountain beverages. You have a buy a bottled water for $1 if you want water or a 20oz. bottled soft drink. Didn't catch the price of soft drinks. I got chicken fried rice lunch for about $8-8.50 and a bottled water. Meh. Not sure I would return unless a friend specifically wanted to.

Was in florence for a few days and we ordered delivery omg the food was so fresh a and delicious best sesame chicken I ever had my boyfriend enjoyed his shrimps fried rice also I cant wait to order again soon.??

This is my favorite Chinese restaurant for delivery in Florence. They only require a $15 dollar minimum for delivery, the prices are very affordable and the serving sizes are generous. My order has never been late, cold, or wrong, I love this place!
