Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Food isn't bad but my burger was so messy I couldn't finish it. It was literally disintegrating in my hands. The whole place is sticky or slippery. Overall it seems really dirty. The waitress was very nice (also tending bar) but they didn't have kids menus available and the ones we got after we ordered were literally just a photo copy of the kids menu with nothing for them to color except the vlank backside of the paper. Overall, I was disappointed. Over $50 for 1 adult and 2 little kids (which is fine- i knew the prices when I ordered) but the establishment needs to take more pride in what it offers. The waitress was very nice - nothing against her at all.

Yesterday evening I was eating with my family, when my daughter and wife went to the restroom. Then my daughter asked her mom why a guy walked in (which was a worker named autumn) which was the host that sat us. This is ridiculous and I will never come back to a place like this. If my wife would have told me while I was in the restaurant it would not have been pretty. Hopefully someone will address this as a male cannot be creeping on my daughter. It’s pathetic we can’t go to a restaurant as a normal family like we have almost every week at this Red Robin.

Food was great.

Tuesday night, probably 12 tables in the whole restaurant, it was a very slow night.

Servers hide behind the wall and barely check for refills if I’m paying $3+ for soda I want some refills. Forget the “bottomless” sides, they don’t check on you enough to give you the chance to enjoy this.

The service is awful, even when I tried to make eye contact for a refill another server would see me and look away. It’s ridiculous, it’s so simple to do this job, we will never come back to Red Robin

Great food, I've never had bad food here. Until my wife's birthday. They didn't have any avacado for my Burger, or guacamole and apparently onion rings are expensive so only four per person. It's a sad place.

Our waitress was awesome, wr had great service and the food was bomb. I def advise to try to Banzai Burger if your a pineapple fan! I'll be going back to have it again 😋 Chefs kiss 10/10

Ordered doordash and it took the kitchen almost 50 minutes to cook a simple order of wings and chicken tenders. I understand the super bowl is a busy time, but the restaurant shouldn't have doordash orders turned on if the kitchen is going to be too busy for it.

I have never been greeted so coldly and rudely at a restaurant before. When I was seated with my guest my guest suggested we leave because of just how cold the person at the front was, so we did. This would have been the first time he and I would have tried Red Robin. The person they had greeting people was wearing a black north face jacket with black hair. Word of advice: you want the person at the front greeting your customers to be at least somewhat friendly and welcoming.

We love Red Robin's. This location is no different. The place was packed we still received great service. Food came out in a timely manner and was yummy. Keep up the good work

Starting out, you have to park and walk through the employee smoking area, covered in cigarette butts. There was an odd smell inside, not sure what it was. Food was hot, but took a little while to come. Not sure why they advertise bottomless fries and drinks as the staff is not very attentive. Also very overpriced, Save yourself and go up to Chili's.
