I have been going to this bar for YEARS and no issues. They recently got a NEW bartender that does not smile or really interact with customers. She isn’t friendly at all. However bad experiences TWICE with her now… I thought first time was just bad night but it unfortunately happened a second night. I was charged something on my bill that I never ordered or was rang in differently so I questioned and of course had every right to question when I am the paying customer. She became upset and very nasty with me. I have never had any issues with any of the older bartenders and have great relationship with them. The new bartender told me not to come back after last night and me and plenty of friends/co workers go frequently but after speaking to owner “Shorty” himself said not to come back and I said hope your new bartender worth it over years of visiting… then he blocked me from Shortys Facebook page so could not tag in this experience. Again I don’t recommend this place to anyone and me and my friends/co workers will find a better place to hang where they treat customers with the upmost respect. My GM from work went one night and said would never step in there as ash trays on all tables and smoke in there is worse than the strip clubs… many friends don’t like going there because of how smokey saying have to wash clothes two or three cycles to get smell out. I begged them all to come and keep business there but after this we will definitely find a new home. Sorry to some of the awesome bartenders there tho like Chelsea, Sheena and Jadilyn…. you girls keep rocking it behind the bar!

Omg this place is exactly what I needed today. I’m home sick. I’m a trucker and my day got so messed up. I used to work at a place in Waterford Michigan called Shortys so I gave em a chance and Ubered out here and they were so amazing and welcoming here. The food the drinks the staff 100 out of 100.
