this place is a joke, everytime i come here my order always gets messed up.
tonight i ordered 2 cheese coneys everything on them, got cheese fries instead with no chili no nothing… who orders just cheese and fries at a chili restaurant? weird. then i ordered two chilitoes with noodles and onion. i get two chilitoes with just sour cream in them nothing else… im a type one diabetic and i gave my self the amount of insulin i needed based off what i ordered so i appreciate this low blood sugar scene im about to have :) and the manager said “well our employees are highschool students” okay?? they teach you how to read and write in elementary school??
being in highschool isn’t an excuse for messing up someone’s WHOLE order when the receipt was exactly what i said besides the sour cream in my chilitoes??
Bad enough this stuff is as expensive as it is, don’t hire high schoolers if that’s gonna be your excuse when someone’s whole order gets messed up when they weren’t even busy either. if i could give 0 stars i would. it’s a disappointment everytime i visit this location

I usually love skyline this is the way they served my pumpkin cheesecake 1. It was warm like it had been sitting out the container had food all over the top of it the bag had whipped cream on it ...the drive thru girl was super polite but I would never let food leave window looking like this

This used to be my favorite skyline, but after today I will never come back to this location and do not recommend to anyone. I just came here on my lunch hour and ordered the regular (original) burrito, and was given the wrong item in the drive thru. I wasn’t upset about receiving the wrong item, however, I went inside and asked for what I ordered and the manager acted like he couldn’t be bothered. This is what he made for me and it is disgusting. Basically a tortilla with a splash of chili. I went ahead and grabbed lunch at another restaurant and didn’t eat this. Do better skyline. This is embarrassing.

I’ve always had experiences going to skyline until yesterday, my servers name was Mia and she was outstanding. The food not as much, but the service from Mia made up for it, i will be attending again in hopes i get the same server!!
