Shame there website is so terrible. Advertising a specialty pizza for $16.99 and the end cost is 21.88 after it takes off the $3 that the code gives you. Obviously there system is not set up to apply the right discount to your order. Pay attention when ordering folks. I ended up going to there competition instead.

Great pizza and service! Kinda like Papa Johns but so much better. Sauce and crust are not nearly as sweet as PJs and have a better texture. Reheats well too and is good cold. Snappy is my go-to pizza. I just wish they had a better website experience and definitely wish they had an android app!

I love Snappys but this is the first time the food isn't good and order is wrong. I only called about my sandwich not being right and the cookie is burnt. The guy that dropped our food off, I don't think he was okay. But she did offer to give me a credit on my stuff. But my husband's sandwich was wrong too, fries not cooked all the way. Sorry Snappys but paying this much for food kinda upset. All should be replaced to be honest. I know stuff happens but a 40$ meal after a long day, we were looking forward to it

Very disappointed. We ordered regular crust for both pizzas. Had the same pizza at the fort wright snappy a couple weeks ago and there was huge difference. Chicken was smaller, crust was tough, and sadly was nothing like the other snappy.
