I've given this location multiple tries, but today was my last attempt. Seeing all of the other negative reviews, it seems this location has no interest in redeeming itself, so I'll just leave it at there are better places to spend your money. If Sonic is truly what you're craving, go to another location or ar least double check everything!

Check your order before driving away! I ordered a Small Grape Nerds Slushy. Should be simple, but like always, there were NO nerds in it. And I had to pay $4.23! I could’ve gotten a gas station slushy cheaper without nerds. 😤

Went to Sonic in Richmond KY. Order 3 grilled cheese and a kids meal. Sonic always had good grilled cheese. Not Sny More!No butter on bread ,very dry , how does a person mess up 3 grilled cheese!! I give up!

Today: 01/26/25. I had been traveling and just wanted something from sonic. I was totally disappointed by my visit to this location. I'm in a semi truck!! Cannot pull up to a bay or deive thru. I ordered at the screen in eating area by tables. My foot long coney was made wrong instead of chili and cheese it had relish and mustard. The fries and the mozzarella sticks were ice cold also! I pushed button to tell them coney was wrong all I got was the bay ordering os shutdown!! I will not be returning!! Total let down after traveling all day!!!

Said twice no onions and kid confirmed it but still put onions. The lack of attention to detail among the workers is insane. Touching your food and drinks after touching the rags they use to wash the machines. Do not recommend to eat here.
