absolutely the worst service i have ever experienced, attitudes just for simply ordering at a restaurant. Forgets items in our order and throws it in our face that we never ordered that. (she just was annoyed taking our order i could tell we wouldn't have everything right) food was awful as well

Came in through drive through lady that took my order was very rude, even after my order at the window she was yelling and screaming at people ordering and saying wild stuff while the window was open. She gave me the order and my 7$ ice cream was half way filled tried to get a good look at the name tag on her hat think it said ceara. Idk worked for sonic few years back her attitude just ain’t it

I ordered two medium sonic blasts from Door Dash and received two child size instead. I paid $14 and DoorDash only was able to do a partial refund. When I called the location, it goes to voicemail. You’re stealing from your customers when you don’t provide the items they paid for. Absolutely pathetic.

No smiles, no greeting. Received a $2.39 corn dog that was completely roasted and toasted for my toddler. Sad they would actually put this in a bag and serve
They forgot to give me one of the shakes which they corrected, but after leaving I found my drink was a redbull recharger and not the twisted flamingo I had ordered.
Worker seemed annoyed i asked for the milkshake that was short

This was my first time order from Sonic so first impressions means a lot. I ordered over $70.00 in food for my family and paid extra for bacon to be added to my order. Guess what was missing?! Yup the bacon. I will try one more time and maybe not the Florence location to see if Sonic is worth it! As of right now I won’t tell anyone to go here. For there to be no lines or customers how you can’t get my order right. And it was a mobile order!

The cones were cold, the employee was VAPING INSIDE while making food and when she came out I asked if the KY health code allowed vaping inside while making food she said no and I asked her then why are you doing it? She said, I don't know. Sorry. That entire crew was NASTY. Sonic should tank the franchisee license and cut all ties immediately.
