I ordered a pink drink. A regular pink drink, and was given this. I asked if it was made with coconut milk and was told yes - but there'd obviously something different. Maybe she put foam on it - which i didn't ask for. I just wanted a non dairy regular basic pink drink. Wasted $5 on some weird drink that is half foam.

The baristas here are so nice, happy and friendly that it just feels lovely walking in! My cortado with oat milk is great as is the bagel and oatmeal. Great experience!
My favorite beverage is a venti strawberry refresher with green tea instead of water add 5 pumps Classic syrup.

Normally, I love Starbucks but was severely disappointed after my last visit here. I ordered a cake pop for my son and a Chia Latte for myself on the way to his soccer practice. The kids was no fully on my Chia and ended up all over my sons lap. Thankful he wasn’t hurt but disappointed

Normally I would give this particular Starbucks a 5 star, always had excellent service up until today. My wife and I went in and got two drinks, for one drink we had cold foam and had requested a cold foam lid. The drinks were made and it did not have the cold foam lid. My wife asked one of the baristas about it and the girl making the refreshers next to the drive through butted in and said that they didn't carry those lids for the drink size anymore and haven't for a long time. My wife politely shared that when she worked for Starbucks a couple of years ago they still did. The barista then began to argue with my wife who quickly ended the interaction, and we left.
I've worked in customer service and retail for many years and that's not how you handle it when a customer isn't being rude. Because of this interaction we will think twice before using this particular location again.

Just stopped to grab some coffees on the way home from work. Drive-thru was not busy. I was able to get my order in quickly and the drinks didn't take that long, no complaints here.
