Went in today to get my birthday drink. I had some trouble logging into my app on my friends phone because mine is broken. Ashton helped me out and gave me my drink for free without my rewards. Truly an angel! I was having such a bad day beforehand.

I was taken aback by the rude greeting and interaction I had at the drive through window. I’ve been going to this Starbucks for years and have not had an interaction like this until today. I hope it was just a matter of having a bad day today, it happens. Drink is consistent although. Just sadly left feeling awkward and offended.

Ordered an iced protein vanilla latte and kale pesto breakfast sandwich delivery with the Starbucks app and DoorDash. I have an hour long commute to work and had ordered early to avoid the traffic and pending weather. I understand that the baristas are busy, but now two people didn't get the right order. Thankfully DoorDash refunded me. Please be more mindful in the future!

So neglectful. baristas are NOT aware what’s happening. In their own little world. Very dismissive and arrogant. Not friendly or welcoming. Side eye from one the entire time. The one small African American girl with light hair underneath. Has amazing energy!!!! She needs to teach this group how to be friendly and welcoming!!!
