This place is never open and it’s very inconvenient when you get up and drive there and they are closed. It has happened in the morning before and now in the evening. Post the correct hours and operate off of them. Anytime I do get service here they are super slow and rude anyways. I will not be back and I drink Starbucks every twice a day!!!

Barista was nice. Didn't announce my coffee so it was sitting there with other orders until we started turning the cups to find our names. My Provolone Turkey Pesto sandwich was nuked to death so the bread ends were so hard it was inedible. Maybe some updated training is needed. Lukewarm coffee to top it all off. What happened to Starbucks? Used to be the go to for a high standard.

When they gave me the coffee the lid was not closed properly. When I reached my car, the whole coffee spilled on the car seat. Went in there to get a nice coffee on a cold day, but ended up having to clean of the whole spilled coffee and have to spend more money to get the stain of my car seat. Thank you!!
