Service was extremely slow. The girl working the counter wasn’t aware of products they had available. Starbucks used to carry newspapers, so I asked if they still sold them. She literally asked what a newspaper was.

There is zero reason I should spend 30
Min in the drive through with only 1 car in front of me. I waited 10 minutes in line behind a car stuck at the speaker before I could order, and then another 10 minutes before I could order. Then I get to the window and waited at least 10 min for my 2 very simple uncomplicated drinks. This is nuts. I know times are tough and finding good help is not easy but seriously- if you cannot handle two car traffic in the AFTERNOON, close the drive through.

I was gonna pay with my debit card and save stars but the employee used my stars without asking me. And he said he took care of it. What in the world? How rude and arrogant he is.

Edited to add : went back to ask for correction. He even lied that it automatically came off of my rewards. No, it did not. He did it. Ugh.

This used to be the best Starbucks in the area, now it's one of the worst. I don't know how it's possible but they make my order wrong 90% of the time (and I don't ask for crazy drink modifications). Today, I ordered a hot matcha latte with almond milk. They made it with oatmilk. I've tried ordering different types of drinks and they're all usually wrong. If you get lucky and they don't make the drink wrong, they only fill it 1/2 to 3/4 of the way. It costs way too much for the order to 1) be wrong or 2) to not get a full drink. I only get Starbucks now on occasion because I've mostly given up on them getting things right. I'm tired of dealing with the stress of it all.

If Robert is working the drive thru I know I will have a good morning! No matter how busy or chaotic it is, Robert always greets with a pleasant voice and an eagerness to please. My order is accurate, my puppy is acknowledged, and I feel a little better no matter how tough the day is. Thank you to amazing humans like Robert who make Starbucks great.
