I don't know if this location is cheap, lazy, or both. For some reason, they force you to request a sleeve for your cup of hot coffee. Occasionally, I'll forget until after I've pulled away and having to fumble with a cup of hot coffee in my hands until it cools off. This is the same stuff that lady sued McDonald's over. Why would you not put a sleeve on the cup by default? If there was another location that was a convenient, I wouldn't go back to this location.

If I could rate - stars I would. There was a long hair in my oatmeal that I ordered and this manager named Dreah, was very rude and didn’t seem to care when I called about it. When I drove back to use my credit, they didn’t have oatmeal so I ordered something else. I waited 20 minutes, they forgot and proceeded to give me the wrong item! I go to Starbucks 1-2 x a day, but this location is on the ban list for me. I love Mall Road Starbucks!

This was by far the loudest Starbucks I've ever been to. A coffee shop should not have the noise level of a bar.
The staff was super friendly and helpful when placing my order. They were patient when I was struggling pulling up payment on the app.

What is the point of ordering ahead on the app if when you arrive at the appointed time it's not ready and I might as well just go in or drive through. We only get 15 min breaks so having our drinks ready is very important. They never are and I'm ALWAYS waiting and late back to work.

I ordered venti ice white mocha caramel drizzle with sweet cream foam, I had barely any foam, you can see ice and the coffee through the foam, i pay extra for it so I don’t understand why there wouldn’t be enough, also it throws the taste of my drink off…. I just moved and this is the closest one to me (11 mins) so I’m gonna have to start going out of my way…….

They have been changing some things and I love how they now have mugs as a choice instead of the paper/plastic cups

Service was extremely slow. The girl working the counter wasn’t aware of products they had available. Starbucks used to carry newspapers, so I asked if they still sold them. She literally asked what a newspaper was.

There is zero reason I should spend 30 Min in the drive through with only 1 car in front of me. I waited 10 minutes in line behind a car stuck at the speaker before I could order, and then another 10 minutes before I could order. Then I get to the window and waited at least 10 min for my 2 very simple uncomplicated drinks. This is nuts. I know times are tough and finding good help is not easy but seriously- if you cannot handle two car traffic in the AFTERNOON, close the drive through.
