Ordered a single butter burger without cheese..lettuce, tomato, onion and no mayo. This is what I got. Single cheese , grilled onion, lettuce and few pieces fresh onion and about quarter inch cold butter and no tomato. Bun fell apart everything slid off and difficult to eat. I gave up and ate my fries. I had not eaten at Steak and Shake for about 5 plus years and I won't go back. Disgusting.

The atmosphere was clean and quiet. You had to order at a kiosk, scan your ticket to get a drink. You have to get up to get your own order. But they ask for a tip as soon as you order at the kiosk.

What a joke !!! Same thing as last time. 1 overstressed under qualified adult working there. Turning away business in lobby ! Literally with 1 car in the drive thru. How the new owners allow that same shit to happen again is beyond me.

Ordered a butter burger, read the description and it said it was a burger with butter melted on top of the bun, and what I got was a big spoonful of butter inside my sandwich, thankfully looked before taking a bite. Is this how we are teaching the employees how it’s made? This is disgusting 🤢

Only giving 3 stars simply because their QR codes for soft drinks is ALWAYS a hassle. Food is good and I love that they use tallow. My kids enjoy coming to steak & shake. It's a huge hassle to have to use a code for soft drinks and refills and it limits you on how many refills you can get. These QR codes for drinks has made us rethink if we want to continue giving steak and shake our money. I hope they rid this system soon.

Got a double cheeseburger and a milkshake Delivery and the cheeseburger was disgusting and the milkshake was very thick and disgusting. It all went in the trash. I tried to get a hold of the owner and one of the managers with no reply.. The food used to be good here, but I wouldn’t recommend it anymore

This is a wait on yourself kind of place. Order at a kiosk and prepare to have your name yelled out when you're order is ready. Great food if this casual atmosphere is what you're looking for.
Parking: You have to go down a side street and around the back of it too get to it.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, but not by the door, in fact none of the parking is by the front door.

Just went through the drive through Craving a good burger. I got one of the most freshly made burgers I ever had with hot cries. Burger was good bun super soft and fresh .This place did it right.Got my order in about 5 minutes also. Thank you !

Garlic burgers are delicious. One was made correctly, other one was missing items. Fries are much better with the cheese. They give you a good portion. Cookie dough shake only had 2 pieces of dough in bottom. Apple shake was good, not sure why, but it cost more for that one. Service was quick and friendly.

I usually go through the drive-thru. This is my first time in the restaurant in years and I'll never be back. Photos are the reason. And also, they have no cherry syrup out for chery coke on the self-serve drink bar with a scanner that says "We're too lazy to serve our customers AND we don't trust you."
The chili Mac’s are good, but so so skimpy!!! Only spaghetti (small portion) with next to nothing on the chili and the red sauce…..me and my husband live in Union(literally right down the street)…but when we want a chili-Mac we go either to Florence(near Turfway) or to Lawrenceburg, Indiana; you get your moneys worth….not on Mt. Zion!!!
