Best subway sandwich I've ever had. All ingredients were fresh (bread just came out of the oven). A lot of care was put into assembling the sandwich so it was packed full of ingredients but not messy at all. The women who were working at the time were extremely friendly as well.

The owners work really hard and they stay so kind and humble, they used to only work every shift by themselves, they hired help, and let me tell you that this new worker well she might not be new, but she's new to me, and she is just as kind as the owners, I had a pickup order at Walmart and decided to come in and get some dinner, I was having a bad day and a very busy day and she absolutely made it better with her genuine kindness... I would highly recommend the subway to anyone who like subway because customer service is outstanding, something very hard to come by nowadays...keep up the good work and congratulations on hiring an employee who cares about her customers and restaurant while you aren't there?

I recently visited Subway in Florence and had an excellent experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with a friendly attitude and took the time to guide me through the customization process. I really appreciate how Subway allows you to build your meal exactly how you want it, with a variety of fresh ingredients to choose from. The bread was perfectly baked—soft on the inside with a slight crunch on the outside.
What stood out to me were the fresh veggies—crisp lettuce, juicy tomatoes, and perfectly sliced cucumbers. I also loved the generous selection of sauces, which really helped add a burst of flavor to my sandwich. For anyone looking for a healthier fast-food option, Subway definitely delivers without sacrificing taste.

Poor customer service! The lady that works there is always rude. I don't think their meat is fresh either. I wouldn't eat there if it was the last restaurant!!!!! DO NOT EAT HERE.

I will never eat here again! Almost $25 for two bmt foot-longs with practically zero meat! The sub was nothing but condiment’s, and veggies! I will be done with subways if all of them are this way! I was essentially robbed! When you bit into the sub you couldn’t even taste the meat! I don’t see how your business exist since ripping customers off!
