I picked up Subway sandwiches for our group while we were in Florence. The staff were very helpful and they worked hard to get the order ready promptly. The sandwiches were good and made well. The staff package up the sandwiches well so I could carry them to our group at a nearby hotel. I can recommend this Subway.

We were looking for a Subway. It was almost closing time. Several of us had the same idea. We were the last in line. The guy working was pretty friendly. We stayed to eat inside. He locked the door and told us to take our time, which we did. Very clean, small parking lot. Located in a small strip mall, very busy road. Good subs! Good prices.

Subway is subway but the employees make it good or bad. In this case I normally dont have an issue but in this case we walked in around 9:30pm keep in mind they close at 10pm. There was another customer ahead of us. The employee kept looking at the clock and rushing us. The customer ahead of us was sitting finishing her food when we finished our order. The guy literally turned the lights off while we were walking out the door and the lady was still eating her food. The little girl she was with started crying because I'm guessing she thought she was going to get locked in.

This subway is just as awful. The employees are extremely rude and they always toast my sandwich when I don't even ask them too. They always burn it and they can't make anything the correct way

Never Again!! Please Avoid this location. After last couple of bad expirences I decided to give this subway another shot. Why not right ? We all make mistakes and it been a while.OOH WAIT!!! I was so wrong they were very rude and unprofessional for no apperent reason at all from the moment I walked inside they don't say a word not even a smile they just stare at you awakwardly. If you are having a bad day go home don't give your customers a hard time. When I simply inquired about the buffalo sauce the lady that moved my sub just ignored me and there was a older guy there he just started nodding his head and got mad at me as if I asked the most idiotic question he has ever heard and he would have to pull a handbook out to explain me like seriously ? Ever heard of customer service you are the hospitality industry. Even after being done and ringing my order up he still wasn't done he kept on mubbling and still trying to argue with me. A simple sorry sometimes takes you a long way and if you have nothing nice to say you should just keep your mouth shut. As for the sub I'm just hopping it's not as bad as the service at this location. There are other subways in the area that are pretty close and have far better customer service and actually make you feel like they want your buisness. Do avoid this location or give it a try and let me know how it went for you ;)! Thanks!!

My boyfriend and I go to subway often. He's somewhat of a picky eater and gets a really simple order. Italian herb and cheese bread with American cheese, Not toasted, no veggies or mayo or anything. Bread and cheese. This location charged us $6.59, which was more than the loaded (not really since they were very skimpy with the veg.) chicken sandwich that I got. Ridiculous.

They are not my #1 Sub Place, but I don't get subs here anymore, I love their Salad Bowls, they are awesome, I love how they chop the salads up, and I don't get any of the cheap sandwich meat, I usually get them with Chicken or some other real meat added, the only sub i get anymore is the Veggie Sub, I tried it once as I am on more of a diet and with no meat, it surprised me how good it was, I love their wheat bread, i get the veggie or a salad bowl, the veggie I get with everything and all the spices, I would never know it didnt have meat in it, My Wife loves their Meatball Hoagies, not as good as Fire House Subs meatballs, but still good enough.
