My husband ordered on the app with the footlong coupon. I Arrived to pickup the order and dude didn’t want to give it to me because I didn’t have the order number. I gave him the name on the order and told him exactly what each sandwich was. Still refused to give me the sandwiches. After arguing with me for about 10 minutes where I told him every single thing in the order ingredient by ingredient. He finally gave me the sandwiches. Not only that, I get home with the sandwiches and all four sandwiches were wrong. All of them were missing multiple toppings. Won’t be back to this location ever again. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience at this location, but it will be the last.

Ordered via the app. Walked into the store, and witnessed several subs being made, the gentleman behind the counter did have gloves on. I thought hey this is a good thing. However he proceeded to cash several customers out with the same gloves on, and went back to making subs. I was running late for work, or would have made an issue. Suffice it to say won't go back. Do better.

I ordered online through the app at around 8:45pm and picked it up around 9:15pm. I ordered a footlong Boss Sub and a footlong Elite CBR sub along with a large drink. I pick up the food and headed home. I open the bag and see that they only gave me a footlong Elite CBR but the Footlong Boss sub was 6in. Drove back up there at 9:53pm and they were closed and gone. This is completely unacceptable and I want this to be righted. Looking at the other reviews of this location it seems that the owners of this location are taking everyone who live around here for fools and this location continually DISRESPECTS the city we live in by going way out of their way to provide horrible service. I will be contacting corporate.

Saw two bugs while I was in there ordering my food, another customer killed the one big bug and the employee didn’t wash his hands after he cleaned it up, he just put new gloves on and went back to making my food. Disgusting!

The guy making the food coughed on my sandwich 4 different times sneezed all over it..I think he is the owner .when I told him I wanted something else because you just laughed all over my food he started cussing me out in his language he didn't realize I knew what he was saying .. health department needs to close this subway down it's not fit for a homeless person.. worst subway in the country straight disgusting . Flys everywhere no gloves .. 0/10 stars straight trash .. nobody should eat at this subway . He also tried making me pay 32$ for one sandwich thinking I wouldn't catch it ..

Dirty, nasty dine in area. Rude employee or owner? Idk who the man was that waited on me. Nasty attitude, refused to make sandwich the way I wanted it. Steer clear. Trust me.

I payed for my meal and was filling my drink and I wanted coke, when i filled it i tried it and it was not coke. Then i had sprite but that was also not sprite. All the drinks were in the wrong place. And the customer service was a 0. When i got home the lettuce did not taste fresh neither did the cookies. Over all i don’t recommend coming to this subway, very disappointed.

First of all, they charged me extra dollars. Something seemed off so I asked him for the receipt. They charged me extra money, when I asked him for refund his behavior is not good seems like I caught him and he was so rude. The cookies were uncooked and not fresh. 0 customer service and rude behavior. I would recommend to going to a different near by subway. If I could choose 0 stars I would.

I had a grub hub order from this subway location. I ordered 2 foot longs. They only gave me 6” subs and the sauces were completely wrong on both of them. They completely skimped out on the veggies too. I use to work for subway, it’s not a hard job at all. Read the dang receipt and follow directions!!! It’s sad that you HAVE to be in person to watch them make it to make sure it’s done correctly.
