This store is my favorite Subway in the northern Kentucky their food is always what you would expect from a Subway. It's never been bad at this location. It has always been clean looks good inside of the store. What makes this store stand out is the people that work here. They have customer service down to an art.

The owner is a friend of ours !!!!! When you visit ask for Kenny or charm !!! They are very very amazing people and they are husband and wife from India and they are our best friends!!!!! They will make you feel like they have known you forever and treat you just like family!!!!!! We love them so much and we know that you and your family will as well!!!!!!!!
Went in for lunch today. There was a bit of a line. The two employees working were making customer sandwiches, checking them out with the same gloves, then going right back to working without changing them. Money is disgusting and the fact that they were putting their hands back in the bins full of vegetables and meat for everyone else to also eat is even more so. I will never return to this subway and I strongly encourage everyone else to avoid at all costs!
My daughter and her friend went in to get sandwiches. I guess the store decided to try and make a dollar off two young girls. They knew immediately when they came out they were over charged. Looking at the receipt , they added extra meat to each sandwich.

Absolutely lousy customer service & bread was molded. When I went to show said molded bread, the guy behind the counter started shouting as his wife ignored us while on the phone. Absolute worst experience in many years! Avoid at all costs!

Nice clean place ,the food was fresh and the subs were very good. My only problem which wasnt anyone's fault but I had a little hard time ordering because the sweet young ladies was of different nationalities but it wasn't too bad, they were sweet and kind and we worked it out pretty easy. I pray the whole world could do the same!!

This place is the pits. All lettuce no meat. You can hold the the meat up to the light and see through it. Tried calling headquarters in Delaware and can't get anyone. Got very frustrated. Went to six subways for buy one get one free but no go. They don't understand you. Think they're all Latino. Super frustrating. Now they put up a shield on the glass so you can't watch them make the sandwich. What the hell is going on?????
